10/31 - Hand delivered change of address form for my move on 11/4 12/5 - No forwarded mail received, went on line and did change of address again 12/22 - Filed claim for missing mail, was told it was located and would be forwarded 1/5 - Called Peachtree City PO and was told they will advise mail carrier to return any mail for forwarding to my new address 1/5 - Contacted former residence where all my mail, INCLUDING ORIGINAL CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM found in the garbage/recycle at my former location - isn't that a Federal offense?? Mail being sent via Fedex by neighbor because this post office has made it painfully obvious they cannot be trusted. Pathetic on so many levels - contacting department of consumer affairs.

It amazes me that this post office has been allowed (tolerated) to operate at such a substandard level...for years! The mayor tried to do something about it in 2017, without success. I moved out of state seven weeks ago, and personally handed my forwarding mail card to the woman at the counter and, surprise, surprise, have received NO mail at all forwarded from this post office. Phone calls go unanswered, emails ignored. Where is my mail? Again, just amazing...

I am not happy at all right now with our post office.. ,I have not received my mail in over a week.. I am disabled and have a mail box at my door..I am waiting for a check and need it bad but cannot get a answer when I call post office... Can you help fix this problem

Never been to a more rude location. I couldn't hear the woman who was asking me to come forward. Partially because she was genuinely mumbling while doing some kind of work in a box and partially due to being hard of hearing. I asked her if she was calling me forward and she replied "About three times now". Cute. Maybe if she had a degree of professionalism and looked at her clients while addressing them with a reasonable degree of decency I would have heard her and not needed to have my hearing issues broadcast to the entire office. I've always heard this is a horrible location and now I see for myself. They are unprofessional, rude and borderline discriminatory.

I've been trying since February 17th to find out what happened to the package I was told has been delivered yet I have not received any packages. Spoke to someone that told me nothing can be done because the driver said it was delivered. I wonder who got it,because I've been getting mail for different streets for months. Today I even received mail for a person in Forest Park, but I'm told I must be mistaken by another clerk. I took a picture with it saying in black n white the address in Forest Park but I live in Peachtree City

Today I had an appointment and your employee Erik treated me very badly, he was rude, heavy and did not give me the necessary help to apply for my passport. Check your camera to see how rude it was. I’m going to make another appointment but I don’t want him to attend me ever again. It was in the office of Peachtree City

Two packages are missing from this post office. One was mailed out last month and one was mailed out two weeks ago. Both are missing!!!

This post office should be closed. They have "lost" EVERY PACKAGE I've ever mailed from here. I usually drive 15 miles out of my way to mail from Newnan or Tyrone, but I was in a hurry and decided to give them one more try. Postage was already on a Priority mail small box and it just disappears into thin air??? If you just want to give your package to a thief to save them the trouble of having to find it, this is where you should go. HOW HAS SOMETHING NOT BEEN DONE????? Why does this post office even exist if they can't take mail and deliver it???

We have been trying to get addresses assigned for a mailbox kiosk at a new home community called Wilksmoor for months. We now have new homeowners moving in and they can not receive mail because the person in charge of assigning the mailboxes is not doing the job properly and will not respond. Please expidite if at all possible.

I have a package that has been setting in the perch tree USPS for over 3 weeks and can not get any help from them and from the reviews I'm not the only one I say we have a thief in the post office and customer support is not worth the crap

Packages are repeatedly being sent out for delivery & not being delivered. It is taking 2 days or more to get packages from this post office. According to reviews, this has been occurring for months & to multiple people, yet nothing is being done.

Don't get delivery six days a week. At least one day a week, no mail is delivered. Peachtree City is holding back invoices and letters. On Tuesday and Thursday, Post Office only delivers adds and junk mail. True business mail such as invoices and statements are held and collected over several days to be delivered at one time. We get our mail between 6:00 and 8:30 PM during the week and after 5:00 on Saturdays. Also these postal workers must be getting over-time. Separately holding and delivery of first-class mail and junk mail such as ads on different days does not end up in efficient delivery. It is just an excuse for these lazy postal workers to get over-time. What excuse do they have to deliver mail every day between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM and for the days that no delivery is made?3

Mail not delivered! Last I checked, August 3rd was not a holiday. I am so frustrated at how unreliable the postal service is. I see drivers sitting in their delivery vehicles doing NOTHING for 30 minutes at a times when I am out walking my dogs, Patheritc.

I have sent two packages at this location that were never delivered. These were artworks i was commissioned to do, that I now have to redo. I put return addresses on them and I was never given a tracking number. I'm not sure how to prevent this from happening again other than being forced to pay more on shipping or just never delivering from this post office again.

I thought the mail delivery had improved but as I was looking for a package today I went online to track it and it said out for delivery all day and at 5:09pm it was marked as "Exception" "Held at post office At customer Request Peachtree City, GA". Total LIE we received a single piece of mail today but no package and I CERTAINLY didn't request it to be held. WHY Does this happen??? It should say "Someone failed to do their job so it was undelivered".

I hope someone comes in a gets rid of all these idiots. WORST post office ever!!!!

This post office is awful. Complaining to them or the Federal office does no good. They tell me it will stop and it doesn't. I just went out in the dark to get my package that has been left on top of my car, in the rain. I am handicap so walking in the dark in the rain is not that great. I'm afraid that one of my dogs would not have been able to reach it so I had to go myself. I have complained many times, but nothing changes. I also get my neighbors mail and some of my packages I never receive.

EVERY SINGLE time I send a birthday card with a gift card in it from your post office, it never makes it. Hope you all are loving the stolen gifts that you are taking from my loved ones! Don't you have cameras? Don't you enforce the laws of mail? Isn't it a federal crime to open and steal someone's mail?

I am tired of getting my neighbor’s mail and that of people with an address in another neighborhood that is similar to my address. This happens to much.

Why does the postman leave packages by our garage door instead of at the front door? this is at 153 Cloister Dr., Peachtree City. He used to bring it to the front door but would not ring the doorbell. Now he does not even come to the front door. Customer service seems to be going down hill.

The Saturday closing time is incorrect. This post office closes at 12:00 on Saturday NOT 1:00.
