I would like to know why the mail carrier for my route would list my package as delivered at 6:06pm I go outside at 6:10pm and nothing is there. I literally knocked on 3 of my nearest neighbors doors and nothing. This is highly upsetting to me as this was a very highly anticipated package. I have watched it like a hawk and now this. Well I certainly hope the mail carriers on my route are not doing anything dishonest with packages.
Numerous failed attempts to reach this office to inquire about an undelivered package .....always busy....priority package stuck there for over a week ....even after a case was started....just how much negative feedback has to be sent before changes are made....60k and up a year and they can't even deliver a piece of paper?? Isn't that their official job....why do we keep allowing the raise in stamps if they are not even delivering things
January 8, 2021 we (my spouse and I) were assisted by an agent named Javonda at the USPS office at 110 Walter Way in Stockbridge, GA 30281. She helped us so very much and in such a great way and was very kind to us...great job Javonda!!! Thanks!
Did this place shut down, notice I'm not the only one with mail last seen here, no response's, no package, no product to install, hope they come back to work after the first of January. Not impressed with USPS this year.
I too have had a package arrive at this post office on Dec. 27, 2020, and has no movement, this is very poor service when you pay priority shipping to get your goods in a timely manner and a single post office holds your shipment for 5+ days now. what is the hold up? Help!

DOES this place have covid-19? - did it shut down completely?.. why are packages NOT moving from here? this is ridiculous, my package was sent out from GA on DEC,22nd, paid for on eBay, how can they run a post office like this? is there anyone we can complain to? thank goodness its not a check or important papers,

On 12/23 you reported that you had my package. On 12/ 27 you reported that my package was in transit but would arrive late. I know it is late but I don.t know where it is. It could have walked here by now.
Why are my packages sitting in your post office 11 days or more? Why aren't they delivering them. All my Christmas presents are held u in your post office and now I have nothing to give. I have over 20 items sitting in your office. What are you not doing? Do you need help? If you were not so far I would come help you for free. At least then someone else's Christmas would not be ruined. What the hell are you doing down there. This is ridiculous every package is sitting in you bldg. I wish there was something I could do.
I feel the pain I’m in the same boat and this is really crazy I try calling the office and the phone line is busy. Went to the post office here where I’m from and they said it was there and it was the last place it was scan and when I look it I up it said package was departed.

Fairview post office not adhering to virus regs
The post office on Fairview at the country store is not adhering to the virus regulations. The post lady and her husband are not wearing masks, gloves and not attempting to social distancing. The whole place needs to be cleaned up and disinfected, inside and outside. How does the postal service contract out to contractors using buildings this much out of order, unorganized and unclean. This postal facility should be inspected immediately , ASAP.
the guy who takes your photos is RUDE!...if you ask him the process he talks so fast and then gets an attitude when you ask to repeat or say you didnt understand...kept breathing loudly like I was getting on his nerves while I sat for the picture(while he adjusted something) never said okay or get ready...so if I looked away...again w/the heavy breath...said something under his breath and walked away! I didnt even know he was done...he went back to the counter and took a next customer w/out even finishing w/me!...I asked for a supervisor and could not wait longer than the 10minutes I stood there as I had to get back to work...he needs customer service training...we dont all work at the post office....---MY APOLOGIES THIS MESSAGE IS FOR WALTER WAY POST OFFICE
USPS# 9374869903503596541682 shows delivered in your system. Let me assure you IT WAS NOT. I guarantee it's still on the truck, if it even made it to the truck. I knew it should have been delivered today, so I was looking for it. Even saw the post person coming back my way to deliver someone something she'd forgotten. Please make sure this is on the truck tomorrow. Thank you.
I spoke to a very helpful lady at this post office about a package that the recipient claimed was lost. She went and looked in Box 1323 and there was a notice in there that the package was there but to big for the box. She was a pleasure to deal with
Very poor service. Extremely poor service. Changed my address going on 3 months. I requested mail sent to old address so it can be forwarded after 3 weeks the mail has never been forwarded.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called this Post Office this morning asking abut a package I'm waiting on. The young lady who answered the phone was very helpful and even made sure my Amazon package would be out for delivery today instead of tomorrow. I've read all the negative reviews and, I agree with most. This office would surely do better of they had more employees to cover the front counters to help eliminate the unbelievable long lines. But I did want to add a positive experience on here.
I had a terrible experience in this PO today. I tried calling all day to schedule an appointment for a passport and got the busy signal every time. So I drove 6 miles to make an appointment in person. After waiting in line for nearly an hour, I was told that I might as well go to another office because it would be months before I could get an appointment. When I tried to make one anyways, the teller told me to wait to the side till he could clear some customers out. After waiting for another thirty minutes I asked if it would be much longer and he told me to go to another office if I can't wait.
As I walked out he said to a customer in line that "white people are always the difficult ones". This attitude and racism should not be tolerated especially from government employees.
I will never visit this branch again and choose to drive 20 miles out of my way through Henry county traffic to not have to deal with out right racism. My only regret is that I did not get this mans name.
Wow. That is awful. I was there about a week ago standing in line and they only had 2 clerks with another lady at the door. One other woman was doing passports. The line was almost out the door! If they had more employees scheduled to work every day, the waiting wouldn't be near as bad. I couldn't believe they only had 2 clerks working the counter. And racial remarks do not go over well with me. I'm blown away at his remark you posted about. They need to hire more people. Period. It's always a horrible line there.

Phone stays off the hook.... i jut have a simple question and I am unable to reach anyone for over a week now. now it's saying 20 minutes wait.
I would like to register a complaint regarding one of the employees at this post office. I called on April 17th around 1:35pm Central time, 2:35pm Atlanta time, to ask about protocol for holding mail. The lady, I believe her name was either Ms. Watson or Watkins (I had to ask several times, and she was very short with me) was extremely rude, and very short on the phone. She kept talking over me, and would not let me complete my sentences. Her tone was as if I was bothering her. She never resolved my issue, and was very condescending.
Customer Service is awful. I called at 9:00am inquiring on passport. . I asked if appointment was needed. The male on phone stated hold on. I held on for 10 minutes for him not to come back to the phone. I called back 15 later 9:15am and can you beleive no one answered the phone. I got in my vehicle drove10 miles;stood in line; line long. After standing in line approximate 10 minutes; a male teller asked if anyone needed passport? He stated you must make an appointment. Pissed! He was very saccastic and smirked with a customer after I told hm I called and someone just left the phone and did not come back. Then I was told to make an appointment. ANother teller (lady) not pleasant at all. I asked for Post Master Name she gave it to and then I asked if she was in buidling this at 11:00am she stated no. Seveal customers in line were speaking of their bad experience at this office. Another lady standing in long line asked about passport photos; male teller said that she is in wrong line. She was upset! Got to do better. My first visit and will be my last visit. Ms. Jackie Spratley check your employees they need to revisit a customer service class or moved to another area where they are not in contact with customers.
the guy that delivers the mail always shows up late and never on time. Our mail sometimes does not get delivered until 6pm. Never rings the door bell to deliver packages and always will cram letters and packages in the mail box, when the letters specifically states "DO NOT BEND" on it. The office location itself is aweful, the lines are always long, the employees always seem to have a chip on their block.
I'm Having a lot of problems with the guy that deliver my mails..if he's got a package instead of bring it to my patio he will do whatever he can to fit the package inside the mailbox, which is resulted for me to replace my mailbox, he's got a real bad attitude and don't want to do his Job...I have complain about him to the Stockbridge office before.
Extremely disappointed in Stockbridge P.O. Mailed a Schedule II drug prescription last month, regular mail, and it disappeared. This month I sent it Priority 2-day on the 11th, which has tracking number. Stockbridge location tracking simply says 'in transit' at Stockbridge location and has said it for two or three days now. It is the 15th. Four days for a 2-day Priority Mail envelope? Must file a police report on them tomorrow. Meanwhile, I have gone without my medication for two months now thanks to them.
I would like to compliment your postal employee (Anthony Fletcher) who works at the Stockbridge, GA post office location. He weathered the snow storm today and was one of the only employees that did not call in and selected to weather the storm. I truly commend him for that bravery! To top it off, he provided me with excellent customer service and answered all of my questions. Thanks Anthony!
