The man working there (assuming Charles) is extremely rude , sexist , racist and unprofessional. I rather drive 10 minutes to the next nearest post office than this one which is only 2 minutes from my house. Everyone I know hates him and complains about him. I can never go there and have him not complain about anything. He’s always charging more than they should. I am always sending things through mail because I have an online shop and he is always giving me a hard time. I can never go there and leave with a smile on my face. I’ve seen many reviews and they are all complaining about him . Why has nothing been done ? Why is this man still working there? It is ridiculous. What a joke.


The Rex post office has serviced my business for over 11 years and we have had nothing but GREAT service from every member of the staff. Of coarse there have been a few mistakes, but they have always done everything they could to provide the best and friendliest service since I have been going in there. They now have a NEW GREEN BAY PACKERS fan working there. Please support them as we all have been going some difficult times. Thank for all your hard work.


All the people who work there are rude asshole


the guy who takes your photos is RUDE!...if you ask him the process he talks so fast and then gets an attitude when you ask to repeat or say you didnt understand...kept breathing loudly like I was getting on his nerves while I sat for the picture(while he adjusted something) never said okay or get if I looked away...again w/the heavy breath...said something under his breath and walked away! I didnt even know he was done...he went back to the counter and took a next customer w/out even finishing w/me!...I asked for a supervisor and could not wait longer than the 10minutes I stood there as I had to get back to work...he needs customer service training...we dont all work at the post office....


Charles was very Rude, didn’t greet, asked me “What do you want” when I tell him he says “oh, you just need an envelope “ I’m like yes. He tells me price, I proceed to pay but he refused because he said my bill is too big and he have no change for a 20 dollar bill and to use my card. Or I should have came earlier in the day because he’s been taking big bills all day” that’s unacceptable! He seemed unhappy to be there or just in a hurry to leave...


I visited the Rex location on Monday 30 Apr 2018 to purchase stamps and mail a few invitations. I was waited on by Mr Charles who after selling me stamps insisted l place 2 stamps on an envelope that had previously only required 1 stamp. When l explained several of the same had only required 1 stamp; he just stared at me as if to say “put 2 stamps on or leave”. I have always felt uncomfortable when waited on by him. He has an unfriendly demeanor and arrogant personality. I plan to complain to the post master. I know l was overcharged


Horrible customer service by post master charles


I TOTALLY agree. He is very condescending and rude. For a black man, he shows contempt and seems a bit prejudice towards black people as though he is better than most. I have had him to give away a box I had been waiting on almost 2 months I believe; and tried to give it away a second time until I said I was calling the PostMaster General and then the box magically appeared. Then once I arrived he still tried to do things to keep me from getting the box. It's just my opinion but I think he holds the smaller box either for himself or friends.
