Sharleen or whatever she said her name was wasn’t very helpful when I called to ask information regarding my priority express package that has sat there several days. I was just wanting to know if delivered on sundays or when could I pick up. She was very rude and showed her attitude. I only asked two questions and both answers were said to me as if I was a dumba#* who shouldn’t have called, yet she had to ask a co worker pertaining to my questions. I’ll also add that this wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues. USPS located on Martha Berry in Rome. I will no longer do business with that’s for sure. And I’ll suggest using a different carrier to everyone to keep them from dealing with the A-Z list of bs.

I put some compliments in about a new postal worker’s reckless driving, and the post office retaliated against me.

I sent a package to Rome Ga 301165. The secretary it was mailed to left it there. Despite many calls to have it returned to the sender (me) it still sits in your office. It contains important documents that are needed for a general to leave Syria. How do I get this returned to me? EI536674161US. It is needed last week!!!!

We just moved here and had amazon packages not delivered even though we had the required mailbox and were home with a car in the driveway. There is NO WAY they could not have known someone lived here.

For 3 Mondays in a row, we have had multiple OUTGOING packages not picked up by USPS carrier. The first time it happened, I called the P.O. and they had carrier return and pick up the mail that evening. The second Monday, I called again. Both times, the carrier claimed she'd picked up, but these packages have tracking labels so it is obvious she did not pick them up. Those packages were not picked up until the Tuesday carrier picked up our outgoing Tuesday ones. The third Monday, I didn't bother to call. Apparently, only the Monday carrier doesn't understand how the pick up and delivery should work. SAD

Had a shipment of dishes arrive smashed. Met with supervisor. Stated video footage would be reviewed. NOTHING since then. Rejection letter same day. Aunt filing suit.

I received a shipment of medical devices on 7/9 valued at approximately $1200. They were shipped Fed Ex Smart post. The mail carrier placed them in front of our garage door. My wife came home and could not see them, ran over them and pretty much destroyed them. I have instructed my supplier to never use Fed Ex Smart Post again.
