Been waiting on my tennis bracelet for two months now and it says it’s been delivered yet I have still not gotten it. Someone needs to get fired because they obviously aren’t doing their job. Everyone in that office are a bunch of lazy pricks. Do better


Omg ,,you can’t get any help at all ,and the automated crap is even worse ,I even filed a query and the lazy post master ,as soon as she opened the door cancelled it ,for my check that was on the usps site pictured ,in Atlanta ,now nobody’s even looking ,come on ,this tiny lindale post office is just lazy and not customer friendly at all ,


The Lindale Post Office employees are all, without exception, efficient while being kind, helpful, and considerate. The office is always very clean.


This is the sloppy post office I ever seen my mail is always late drivers are rude post office manager is slow and smell real bad smells like met lab the post office is dirty windows are dirty


I am so upset with the Lindale Post Office. I have complained since February 2015 about my mail. My daughter is missing 3 pay checks since February 2015 and two of the 3 checks were cashed. Now she has to prove that it was not her. We had bills that never came and was late again. We pay our bills on time and one of the bills was the power bill and if they would send a disconnect letter and if we never received it we would be without power and have to pay a reconnect fee. The sad thing is people could get your account numbers and cause you a lot of problems. If they cannot pay attention to the name of the house number and the road they are delivering the mail to then they need to find another job. I am so sick of the mail being so sorry. Please look into this!!!!!


I know the feeling!! I have lived in Lindale, GA for 25 years at the same address and they cannot read the address yet. I have two packages in the last 2 months that show delivered, but not to my address. I never received either one. I have received other peoples new checks and IRS checks. This is so scary. Now I understand the mail may have been sorted incorrectly, but the one delivering the mail should read the address and make sure they are on the correct road. The Lindale mail service is awful! I have tried calling the post master for 2 hours and the line is always busy. Maybe phone is off the hook. Can someone get this corrected please???


This is the very worst post office that I have every experienced. The hours are not customer friendly and even though I have lived at the same location going on 7 yrs they still send my packages to other addresses or I get mail from others, I have sent a complaint several times without success. The mail drivers plop mail in the boxes as if in a mindless unintelligent way. Sometimes the mail does not run at all and EVEN with the flag up they will not pick up mail? I have to call to send them back. The people at the lobby are great but come on there has been times when I have not received items and lost money because my item was delivered to wrong address. Checks have been placed in the wrong box. Is there no some expectation of professionalism? What are the requirements now to be a postman, A HEARTBEAT? Is there not sometime that can been done about this?
