WHERE IS A PHONE NUMBER TO REACH AN AGENT THAT WILL ASSIST? MAIL LADY KEEPS SAYING MY BAIL BOX IS BLOCKED >>>>>> IT NEVER IS <<<<<<<<<< SHE DID NOT DELIVER MY MAIL FROM 02/08-02/14 . THIS IS AN ON GOING ISSUE THAT NEED TO BE RESOLVED ASAP.
I hate that the lobby close now. I never have the time to check my PO Box because of work. On the website it states the lobby is open 24-hours it doesn’t say vary by location I’m extremely upset.
This location is absolutely "terrible" , today 9-3-2020 I took two parcels with "prepaid labels" attached to this location to send out and upon entering I noticed that one clerk had royal blue hair at the counter,that was my first warning. As I entered the service area before the service counter,I noticed a package bend in this area that said prepaid pkgs. I got the young lady with the blue hair s attention to ask can I just put my packages in the bend. She was about fifteen ft from me and said that the printing on the label was too light and that they would not scan. I disagreed with her and asked how did she know that WITHOUT attempting to scan them. I also advised her of the bad code tracking numbers below a bad code can be key entered into a scanner for pkg id. This is a secondary measure on bar codes to help id omg into when bars won't scan or are damaged. She replied, " no one is going to do that"....attitude and unhelpful. Like I hate my job. Tattoos all up one side of her arm with short sleeves on,blue hair and a bad attitude and disposition. I asked for a supervisor, she replied, no one is here! I then asked for who was left in charge, and she said no one. I stared to chuckle a bit in humor, to keep from getting upset, then blue hair asked the other clerk next to her if she wanted to take me and she said yes. I asked her was she in charge? She replied, I am the "lead", lead what? I guess that means she was somewhat in charge. I explained my situation, showed her my pkgs, which she "barely looked at" and she said that they would not scan, WITHOUT even trying to scan them. She gave me a number to call 770 994-3536 that no one ever answers. The post office really does...need a good cleaning out and proper educated and trained staff. Standards of good, curtesy problem solving "Service"!
My mail has been coming after 9pm its very late especially when I am expecting something in the mail.my zip code is 30274 on Ashwood drive in Riverdale.

These people have horrible customer service. Very rude and racist. I would never advise anyone to go here because you will be disgusted with there service and rude attitudes
Riverdale PO on Church Street is the most unprofessional, ghetto fabulous, disrespectful PO ever in the US. The supervisor, Ms MsGowan and other employees are rude, obnoxious and possess no integrity whatsoever! They lose mail, make excuses for sub par employees and do not act or respond to inquires from consumers. The employees/carriers are ghetto fabulous and do as little work as they can get away with on a daily basis! Very unethical people! Horrible customer service! Avoid at any cost!
