OMG! Received 2 mail packages today along with my regular mail. Postal delivery person shoved them only halfway in my mailbox and left the other half of the packages hanging out into the street with the mailbox door completely open. Anyone within 200 ft of my mailbox would have seen those white packages hanging out and helped themselves to half of my granddaughter's Christmas gifts. I have lived here for over 20 years and this is unacceptable service.

I believe you sent my package today to the wrong address. I live at 7475 Saybrook Trail Jonesboro Ga 30236. I see packages sitting at 7575 Saybrook Trail Jonesboro Ga. Our mail and packages are often delivered incorrectly. There is no one home so I am leary to go to the porch and take it.

My mail lady delivers when she wants to. It’s 5:30 and she still hasn’t made it to my complex! Some days I doubt she even comes at all. Maybe this is one of those days! This is ridiculous!!!

It would help if the postman would actually KNOCK on doors or RING doorbells to confirm if a resident is present before saying they've "attempted to deliver". In order to attempt you would need to come to the door first. I work from home so right by the front door, so there is no way anyone attempted to knock and I not hear it. When you call the number (770)210-0763 no one wants to help or even speak with you. They just place you on hold. So annoying Please do your job or don't work there.

I had many packages never delivered to my house and when i checked the tracking it says still out for delivery. Its been two weeks now and my package is still out for delivery. Either its lost or stolen.

Jonesboro post office need to be closed unless it is overhauled. Have hold mail with conformation # mail is still being delivered. This is the second time. Mail man leave box open and leave mail from different street in box. You get know service from this post office.

I also agree this is the worst post office in the world the people that work there are rude and no social skills and think because they have a government job and been there forever they can talk to people as they please.

This the worse service on line I have ever seen. You can't get to a customer service person. I am having a problem with who ever delivers my mail. My W2 was mailed on 1/30/2018. I have not received it. I verified it came to the correct address. I have received my neighbors mail twice. I am not sure if the carrier is putting my mail in someone else s box. I had some notification to fill out on the names who live there. If the carrier put the mail where it belonged there wouldn't be a problem. The only mail that should be coming to 7607 Teton Ct Jonesboro Ga 30236 is Debra Pinkston Curtis (CJ) Pinkston no one else Thank you Debra Pinkston 404-328-5975

This is the worst post office in US history! For the last four and a half years that I've owned the home in Jonesboro, Georgia, my packages have been stolen. I have a rude and very disrespectful mail carrier and nobody ever does anything about it. She lies and puts our packages on the front porch to be stolen and doesn't wait for you to come to the door before she leaves. I also believe she steals them herself! When I make complaints to the post office, her supervisor the supervisors do nothing. The police have been involved because of the shouting matches we've had and she gets to keep her job. She takes off in that mail truck like a bat out of hell. One time, she pulled up in front of my house blowing and being ghetto. She just recently told me that we wouldn't have any issues or problems if we would just stop ordering things. Doesn't she understand that if everybody stopped ordering things that she wouldn't have a job? She recently said she put a notice on our door about a package and we never received one and we were home. I believe this is another attempt for her to steal our package again. That's too bad that the supervisors can't see that she is a problem and they continue to keep her on our route. Smh!😣😔😤

I paid to have a package delivered on Sunday and watched it stuffed into mailbox instead of put on the porch. Ok, no biggie. Monday at 10am, my son pulls into the driveway and can see it in the box. At noon the package is not there. Security camera shows mailperson remove it to get the other mail into the box and drive off with it. Today is Tuesday. It did not get re-delivered. At best that is terrible, lazy service and the package turns up eventually. The other scenario is a federal offense by the USPS employee for stealing a package from my mailbox.

It seems all our packages and credit or banking information etc. Always seem to be the items that are never delivered . Please investigate further . Tampering of mail is a felony offense ! And there is no way possible that this conviently and consistently keeps happening . We will prosecute to the furtherest exstent of the law !

This post office has major problems. For four consecutive days, and we get a daily email scan of mail to be delivered that day, the postman has not delivered any mail. It took TWO trips on two days to recover some, but not all of the mail. Yesterday the postman actually stopped at our box as I watched, but failed to put the mail in the box. On three occasions, including once this week, packages showing as out for delivery on USPS.com were not delivered (today she had two packages on her truck from Amazon per USPS.com but only delivered one, and did not leave the other scanned mail for the date or the other package). The postmaster and staff in the office refuse to resolve things, and emailed reports on this from USPS.com go unanswered.

I agree there are major issues with Jonesboro Post Office on Main Street! Just yesterday 9/27 the female truck driver was observed stopped in front of building , sat for a few minutes and left. She marked a package as delivered!!! There were several tenants sitting at the entrance to apartment she was supposed to have delivered package to. SHE DID NOT DELIVER PACKAGE. She did mark as delivered left by door or porch of building!!!!!! This too was a package from AMAZON.

USPS consistently delivers my packages to the wrong address! Houses have same house number, but totally different street names. Can't understand how this error occurs repeatedly. Poor business practices will lead to the demise of the postal service. Private carriers seem to be far more efficient.

I ordered a present for my grand baby for Christmas. It was supposed to be delivered via USPS on Saturday. I saw the delivery of my mail out of my window and went and got it. I then got a confirmation that my package was left in my box. It was not there. I had to wait until Monday to call and when I did the person answering the phone was not helpful. I gave the confirmation number, he located it and said he would talk to the delivery person. I called the next day and he said it was probably stolen, I told him no that I watched the whole thing. He then asked for the confirmation #, I gave it to him and he could not locate it. I said you did yesterday, he said well its not there now, funny how that goes. I was told they would do nothing. I do not trust the Post Office anymore.
