This has to be the worst postal office I've ever encountered! From a rude manager, to lazy carriers... to shove so many packages in my mail box that it has damaged my items as well as my mail box! Why couldn't it be brought to my porch as our regular carrier has done many times?? This, after asking and begging repeatedly for one carrier in particular to stop driving through our front yard! When I try to call the manager, he is rude and hangs up on me. He says he's sorry this is an inconvenience for me and hangs up! After I've tried to be nice about it all. When I've tried to talk to him before, he says that we "get too many packages." Really?!?! What should that even matter? It shouldn't. Something really needs to change with this location. I run a small business and can't even schedule a pick up for a package. It won't get picked up until the NEXT WEEK. Others on our road are having the same problems as well. Our neighboring city's post office seems to be all to familiar with the problems at the Resaca post office. This is ridiculous. And Craig that manages the Resaca office should be embarrassed about his office's reputation.
