For the past 4 months my packages have been mashed bent, opened and crammed so badly into my mailbox that I can’t get them out , if this is the service that they think they need more money for handling then I think my mail delivery person needs a new job
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I tried for OVER an hour to get talk to a customerservice rep. NOTHING!!!!!You have NO customer service because u NEVER can get thru!!!!!!MY outgoing mail has been out there for 4 days!!!! WHY is it not getting picked up???????
I was suppose to receive some packages today and the mail carrier left a note saying no access for delivery. The gate has been opened all day at my house so I know what he/she said is not true. I think they have gotten so lazy these days and just don't want to go out of their way to deliver the packages to the door step if the packages does not fit in the mail box. This is not the first time this has happened. Something needs to be done and make them do their job better
Again, yesterday our package was left on the ground next to the mailbox. Our mailbox is on a main thoroughway for cars and people. Our home is up a short hill. 1 duplex only. There is enough room to turnaround. This explains of why we don't get some packages. Tired of this. Next I will go higher up.
When my mail carrier is not working the substitutes REFUSE to go pass the mailbox take a left turn at the top of the hill and find my home. Every time I get a package it's NOT DELIVERED.
These carriers need to do the job they're paid to do
I'm not sure who I would get in contact with about this. My packages are being left out at the bottom of my mailbox in the mud and rain. This is the 2nd time it has happened in the rain and it's happened another when it wasn't but was still at the bottom of my mailbox for anyone or anything to get! It's happening to my neighbor as well!
For two years now we aren't sure if we are going to get mail or have our mail picked up, local neighbors are bringing our mail to us because it just being left everywhere... Not sure what is going on but you have contacted us before about our issues and nothing seems to change.

These fools have no clue what they’re doing. I’ve been waiting since TUESDAY for 2 packages. Today is Friday, it’s nearly 5pm. The manager keeps telling me it’s “coming”. I’m about to find a way to file a report for theft. I’m fed up.
They never get my packages to me.
I have had multiple problems and packages missing because when my carrier isn't working they don't deliver it to us. Mine had been stolen or left elsewhere. I cackled the post office and was told that it wasn't their problem to make sure that I get my packages. I've had to pay extra for $200 worth of products that I never received.

I’m experiencing difficulty receiving packages, normal mail is fine but not delivering packages! First few times they have me the excuse of the mail carrier is not allowed to put the vehicle in reverse except in approved locations. Now the excuse is no secure location to leave the package! I have a covered porch, a carport with a motorcycle under it, and a side door. How are none of those a secure location?
We live on 157 Sandlewood Way off of Mt Pleasant Rd in the County. We have a new mail carrier..They mix up all the mail in the neighborhood. They won't close the mailbox door .Doesn't matter how hard it is raining. We have never complained untill now. Thank You
First: Your 877 phone number system has got to be the most fouled up system in the world! I tried my best to lodge a complaint against our rural carrier and every time I said "Carrier" the system insisted on getting a tracking number. When I said "NO" it asked me if I was saying "Nine". It would not accept "No." Other efforts were met with similar results.
Second: It is impossible to complain to the local office; the only number I can find is always busy. I have tried calling that number dozens of times resulting in a busy signal.
With your total disdain that you clearly exhibit for your customers, it's no wonder the US Postal Service is a complete and total failure. It needs to be privatized.
I called about a delivery that I didnt receive, and the person I spoke to was very hard to understand. I could tell English was not her primary Language. I had to continue to ask what she was saying because it was so hard to understand her.
