Gas is way too expensive nowadays. Yall really need to learn how to answer your phone. I had an appointment today, and was running a little behind from pulling a double at work. I tried to call the WHOLE DRIVE. Which was 35 minutes. It would ring for a few minutes, then hung up. So I finally get here, about 15 minutes after my scheduled time. NO ONE was here, or in line. The women then told me they would not take me for my appointment. Regardless of the fact that their sign says they take people until 2 pm. It was 1:15. She said they were all booked and had moved on. Booked? NO ONE WAS THERE!!!! She was just being nasty. And she stunk!!!!!
I usually don't do this, because I've worked in customer service before for over a decade ...but there has to be something going on that is making these employees unhappy. The lady at the counter today was obviously not happy. She ignored the man in front of me when he was telling her that he didn't know what she was saying meant. When it was my turn she mentioned insurance on the package, which I would have liked to get, but I don't go to the post office often and do not know how that works. She rolled her eyes so I opted to not get it though I'm worried about my package making it to it's destination. I feel like if she were happier with her job she would maybe not be so frustrated by the customers asking questions. She was also the only one at the counter with a long line , which would be stressful for anyone.
Whoever “Mrs. Jones” is needs to go. You have multiple people complaining, and today was the last for me. You DO NOT talk over or argue with a customer. You do not just say hold on and place someone on hold.
Mrs Dana Jones the postmaster is the rudest person and is clueless about what goes on in her PO. Every question I have asked she does not know the answer to and has to ask someone else. She needs to be replaced
Received notification last Saturday that a certain item was in the mailbox only to find it wasn't, when I called to see if they could check the office for it, she immediately said it wasn't there but never asked my name or address... Wouldn't let me talk... Still waiting
Mail carrier killed our pet over a year ago. They stopped delivering my Amazon. claims undeliverable and when I go pick up from post office, they scan it and says delivered. Really!!! Claims still investigating, I am still waiting on a phone call
The absolute worst people I have EVER dealt with !!
We moved into a new house in June of 2020. A few weeks after moving in we noticed tire tracks in our yard, checked the camera and see the postal truck do a U-turn in our yard. I call the post office and ask the lady that answered to please say something to the driver.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and I see her do it again !! I call again and explain we have a sprinkler system and I do not need her running over a sprinkler head or killing the grass. The lady on the phone was more upset that I called the driver incompetent than she was at the fact she drove through my yard.
Now, fast forward to this past Friday and I have her on camera doing it for the 3rd time !!! do you think they would be upset if I drove my truck through their front yards ? And trying to call someone about it is impossible !!!
So what do I do?
Somebody ran over my mailbox; so I called the Jackson Post Office and spoke with the OIC
I asked that my mail be put in my PO Box until I could get my mail box was put back up
She replied that it was against regulations and went on to explain; I cut her off telling her that I had retired from there and was only asking for some command curtesy
She does not have any comman since ior how to be nice to any senior citizen: I can’t hardly walk some days now and I have to wait on someone to come by and help me: she needs to be trained in being nice to someone.
My personal mail has been lost or "delayed" in the mail. I went hoping for some relief the manager there was NOT helpful!! She couldn't tell me anything. What a waste of tax dollars, having her there paid!
