I just moved to the Dallas Post Office servicing area and I have NEVER had more issues until now. I schedule a pickup for packages, no one shows up but they scan their slip showing they did (I have cameras). I call to discuss and the "customer service manager" is RUDE and not helpful at all. Today they were scheduled to pickup more packages they never showed up and when I called I was put on hold for 25 mins and no one ever came back on the line. Tried to call back and, of course, no one answered!

I don’t know what is going on, but, our mail carrier has not been doing a very good job. I live at 237 Cumberland Ave, Dallas, 30157. Our mail is continually being left at our neighbors and also mail I have put in the box and also put the flag up, is not picked up. They must be in a hurry to finish up and take a break at the culdesac down the road. I look forward to a response.

The postal service should stop delivering mail on Saturdays. I never get mine anyway. Would save a lot of money.

UPS states it delivered a package there for local post delivery and it was signed for by the name Hamilton. It was delivered to the post office on 8/13/20 and we still have not gotten our package from the local post. Can you please explain to me what the delay may be? I have also tried calling to get some clarification and no one will answer the phone. I understand things are delayed with the virus but it has been 6 days. Is this normal?

Can you tell me why an important package says it was delivered on Saturday evening, but not put in my security mailbox? I put a note in the box today asking the mail courier about it (flag up) and I just watched her drive by all the houses on my side of the roadway and come back up the roadway a deliver to the other side of the road?

Every single day my mailbox is left open. My neighbor mailbox is left open This causes water and rain to ruin my mail.So I call the local office and the lady can't help me. The USPS is funded by the Federal Government of which I AM A TAXPAYER. CLOSE OUR MAILBOX LIDS NOW!

After seeing so many bad comments, I wanted to throw my 2 cents in....our Bea is great! Friendly, conscientious, great service. I have seen both sides, my in-laws were postmasters and they did not have any easy time addressing the needs of an entire community. The postal workers only have 8 hours and have had more and more work and scenarios thrown at them. If you work outside the home, think about how sometimes you have been asked to do more than your day will allow.....it may help you be a little bit more understanding towards your postal carrier.

Can some one explain how our regular carrier takes off a week and we have not had any mail delivery in 7 days now? The temp carrier is too busy getting back to his house or not doing his job. My home office faces the street and I have watched him drive by my mailbox and 7 other neighbors at 35 MPH with no intent of stopping now for a week. Nice to know the check I was expecting on Tuesday from my corporate headquarters has been stashed away or stolen. It is now Saturday.

I am unhappy w my service and have made complaints via phone in the past. My normal carrier crams as many packages as she possibly can into my box to the point my frail handicapped arms cannot remove them! It's part of their job to bring packages to the porch and I expect this service when needed. I realize I do have a LOT of packages but I'm disabled and shop online a good deal. I've left notes in the box, called, and my son has called as well. I'd appreciate some action taken to rectify this issue please. My address is 114 Thunderwood Trail Dallas, Ga 30157. This has been going on nearly two years now and frankly we are all tired of it. Thank you.

I had an important letter from school marked no such number. Funny how we get our water bill, gas bill, etc. The mailbox is clearly marked. Lazy carriers.

WORST customer service and delivery EVER!! They come to the premises & be too lazy to deliver packages...so they mark it as “never had access to premises”, which is NOT TRUE. USPS always has access according to our leasing office.

I was told I would get my mail everyday at 12:45, unless there was a problem and that I would be alerted. My mail never comes at the time and when it does come, things that say they were delivered were not delivered to my house! The customer service is awful! I went in one day and the man, about 50, sat there while the line got longer and longer! Just an awful place in general. Get your stuff together.

Mail delivery people bypass our cul-de-sac at 45 miles an hour and running stop signs.. very unreliable services. . Mail been missing for months.. lived here for 12 years and it's just recently gotten to a point where I e taken notice.. our IRS refund check was returned to IRS because they are horrible at delivering the mail. Gonna start getting them on video and forwarding it to the higher ups.. this is getting rediculous ..

Absolutely awful!!!! I requested two day shipping on a product I needed to have by today. They lost it in the mail and now I don't have it and I had to have it by today. Whenever I go to call the office it always says that the line is busy. After about six times of letting the phone ring before it hung up automatically, I decided to go to the post office to see of any progress made. The workers up there were very rude and were no help to me whatsoever. Worst post office ever!!

We have lived at our address for 17 years and went on multiple trips where we have had to have our mail held. Easily over 40 times and they have never done this correctly. They constantly deliver our neighbors mail to us. These are very important items they deliver to us that do not belong to us. We have complained to the head guy there several times and he could care less. If I could do away with the mail service I would. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

Staff is rude and unhelpful. They have only one person working on a Saturday. Girl behind the counter was miserable and not afraid to show it to all of the customers standing in line. No one answers the phone so I had to drive there and was told they they couldn't help me. I understand that I have no option to change standard mail carriers, as unfortunate as that is. However, I will never have my packages sent through their office again.

Trying to speak to anyone at the Dallas, GA post office is almost impossible. I attempted to call the listed phone number repeatedly for an hour today (03/13/2017) and all I got was a busy signal. Really, a busy signal? What business as busy as a post office only has one line?

I have had mail mis-delivered several times, I have even commented on here about it before. I have had a man who lives a couple of miles away from me showed up my house with my mail that had been put into his mailbox, which included important meds from the VA. I have tried to call your post office to get this fixed, but all day I have gotten nothing but a busy signal. What is going on whith your post office??

Our mail has been all over the place the past couple of months. There are days it doesn't even get delivered AT ALL. Ridiculous. There are times we have packages coming, tracking says out for delivery, then mail will come and NO package yet the stupid mail carrier marks it in their system as "Delivered". I'm so fed up with the Dallas Post Office. Get it together already!

Our mail has been all over the place as well. We have very important and private mail that has gone to wherever and have complained numerous times. Ordered mail supplies and it was marked delivered to our home sorry we never received it. I have tried calling the Dallas Post Office to only get a busy signal. We get other people's mail which was important mail and my husband drove it to their residence because we were sure they needed it promptly. Our mail box was hit by a postal driver my husband called and spoke to the manager (believe or not they actually answered) she could have cared less so we fixed our on post and never heard back from anyone. Not sure what is going on with the Dallas Post Office might need to think about hiring people who really care!!!

Just got home from work and the only way to tell if "I got mail" is the mail box door is open. Well today it's closed. Of course I think no mail. But as I pull in the driveway I happen to see on the ground an envelope. I stop the truck get out its MY MAIL!!! Now this is rediculous !! Somethings got to give either shut my mail box so this doesn't happen or I'm spring loading the dang thing!!!

Package was to have been delivered through FedEx Smart Post hand off to USPS. Delivered to front porch of address 30132 yet I live in 30157. Fed Ex and merchant agree correct address. USPS customer service could barely speak English and told me tracking showed delivered. Said look at the zip and tell me how my front porch is in that zip? Case number issued with zero feedback to date. Meanwhile package is at an address with Lord knows the status. Great job USPS!

Amazon package "delivered" Saturday afternoon. Heard thud against door, opened door, package laying halfway or in middle of porch. Noted dent on corner of package. Package contained items including LIGHTBULBS. USPS driver sitting in mail truck, talking on cellphone, had problem driving down driveway to roadway. NOTE: My street is last on this route. When the postman runs late, this street is skipped. I've watched outgoing mail waiting 2 to 4 days before being picked-up from neighbor's mailbox. I traditionally get mail everyday....but when this postman runs, sometimes I will go for a week with no mail, then suddenly mailbox is full of mail.

Trying to put a "hold" on my mail via the phone, I had the "joy" of trying to communicate with someone who barely spoke English. After spelling my name 4 times (not saying, spelling), the person handed me over to another person who didn't speak much better English. I had Labor Day cards in my mailbox with the flag up and I too saw them "sit" in my mailbox for 4 DAYS. I am missing mail that should have been delivered by now. I have a feeling they delivered my held mail but never took the hold off my address. Customer service in the Dallas Post Office is really suffering.
