Way too many missed-placed packages. Seems that they can't tell the difference between 788 Cedar Lake Dr. and 788 Greenwood Tr. The package was placed gain at the wrong house!

I mailed two bills at this facility on Oct. 19th. Neither one reached their destination. I mailed another bill at the Honey Creek box on 11-9 and it did not reach its destination either. These events have cost me time in phone calls which thankfully avoided late fees and with the second incident I now have to spend 1-2 hours going to the place of business because they charge $80. ( yes that is correct) to pay by credit card!! I don't know what has changed at this facility but it really needs looking at!

Tell your mail carriers to CLOSE THE MAIL BOXES!!! I drive thru the sub division and every other mail box is left open. 4 times last week and twice this week my box was wide open. Teach your people to do their jobs!!!

Our mail has been getting lost and delivered to the wrong address for the last 2 weeks. The mail man has also been arriving at 8:45pm putting the wrong mail in our mailbox for 2 weeks..The subdivision right next to ours are still getting their mail at 1:00pm. Both subdivisions used to get mail delivered at the same time but now ours is now 8:45pm and the subdivision across the street is still being delivered at 1:00pm. What’s happening to our mail delivery service and why is our mail not getting delivered to our address. We’re getting somebody else’s mail and late at night?..

I went to the Conyers post office on Hwy 138 in Conyers today. I was treated in such a rude manner by one of your employees. She said her name was Nika but refused to give me a last name. She was loud and embarrassed me in front of a long line of people simply because I didn't know which label to put on my package. After putting the right label on, the worker beside her helped and she was very courteous. This incident happened at aroung 4:40 pm on 12/30/20. Nika should not be working with your customers. This post office in going down hill. I have delivered three packages to my neighbors in the past month because they were left at my door or in my mailbox.

This post office, and their employees, are by far the best across the United States. We have lived in 15 states, and these women and men, are caring, efficient, and personable. They take their time, whether it's a sunny day, or with chill filling the air. So happy I live here, Thank you Conyers employees and may you be blessed with an award, The Oscars of Mail Delivery & Kindness.

I am not sure what the regulation practice is for leaving mail which is not left the designated mailbox however I came home yesterday to letters on the ground almost in the driveway. I am glad that the wind was not strong yesterday to blow away my letters. Confidence in Post office care...nil null none!
