Postal Locations

I am having mail issue for multi-weeks. This is costing fee in late payments. talked to clerks and requested supervisor to raise my concern on this. supervisor did not document issue, was told that is was do to a change over in equipment. asked about how to raise issue up latter to help resolve issue. was told to contact USPS online. The problem continues.

Note left in my mailbox said all mail that is not addressed correctly will be returned. No kidding. Glad the mail lady clued me in.

Carrollton post office been holding on to a package of mine since January 9, 2021 @10:15 AM. Here it is January 13,2021 . I just live here in the next city over. Please deliver my package....

Packages left behind car on two different occasions, my daughter almost ran over them not knowing that they were there.

Our carrier attempted delivery of my package today, but didn't leave it because "the mail box was full". The package was a full size mattress in a box- it would NEVER have fit in the mailbox- even if it weren't full. Stop being LAZY and deliver my packages as promised! What a load of CRAP!

Worst Post Office.. Unwilling to help with a Lost Package and rude Employees as well as The Supervisor!

I just received a box today that was severely damaged

Had an attempted notice on my door Thursday, Friday mail in box, no delivery of package, same thing for Saturday...am sure this was medication I have to sign for, so where is the package?

Not happy with my mail service... I’ve supposed to have a package delivered to my house.... it’s tracking says it’s been here since 2/9/91 I have not received it yet.... it seems all of my bills make it to my address but not a package. Oh just moved to this address.... MY BILLS SEEM TO GET HERE PERFECTLY FINE.

My regular post lady is wonderful!!!!! Wish I could say as much about the subs. I live in Cottage Landing and the mail box is small. Three times my mail has been returned because "I wasn't home, Not a good address and I'm not sure the third reason. I receive my medications by mail and some have to be signed for. If the sub is delivering the mail, instead of driving to the end of the parking lot to my apartment, they deliver it to the office and I may or may not get it. We haven't had mail delivery since Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017. Sugar Bush Subdivision. Expecting packages. Everyone is getting in and out. Where is our mail?

NOT happy! My mother in law sent an important document to us certified mail. Where was it delivered? NOT to our door for a signature! It was put in our mailbox with the rest of our mail. She paid $6.59 to send it certified. I went to the post office and explained the situation. They made a copy of it and said someone would contact me. The woman even asked me if I wanted to sign it right there. ??? I said not until my mother in law gets her money back. No one has contacted me yet and it has been five days. I guess I make the time to go down there again to get this resolved. It's just $6.59, but it's the principle of the matter!

Very rude staff, I have called in different occasions with questions and they treat you like you are an idiot. It's the absolute worst post office around.

So here is an update on my last visit to the worst post office in our beloved state of Georgia. I went in two days ago with a package the first thing she does it place the package on the scale and immediately says oh its over. Like she knew it would be I thought are psychic because she was so quick with it. I ask what's the weight. she says. 2 pounds 2 ounces, I say well that's funny that it could be over because I paid for 2 pounds 6ounces. She then says oh your right "SMH" I grab my receipt an go. I then ask why don' you guys have scales for the customers out front like every other post office in the State she says oh it was one out there. I say no its not. She says oh staple sells them! Horrible! UPS here I come no more Postal way post office for me. UPS is cheaper anyway I wish they could do regular Post. Instead of trying to nickel and dime people they should work on facilitating more traffic. No wonder USPS is losing money.

The worst post office in Georgia and Ive traveled all over the state.
