Some semblance of being pleasant should be required of your front desk employee. She was so rude to an older gentleman as he was leaving the counter ahead of me. I commented about the cost of mailing my package in a conversational way and she said if I didn’t like the cost I could just hand deliver it, that the address was not that far away. Told me to verify the address and got snippy when I had no idea she meant on a little touch screen until she starts tapping with those nails. Told her I was sorry I couldn’t read her mind. Paid a little extra for delivery to be next day and that was last week. So far today no delivery has been made. She seemed to know how to do her job but she was rude and unpleasant. Do hope someone will address her rotten attitude.
