My regular mail carrier from this branch was terrific and the ladies at the counter quite cordial and helpful. So it is a mystery to me why, as a whole, the place is a disaster. A family member bought and mailed a money order from there to pay a bill but it never made it out. It was stolen, the payee's name was altered and it was cashed. Forwarded mail sometimes reaches the new destination and change of address mail does not at all. No, that is not correct. Two pieces of junk mail did make it but important insurance and tax documents have not. Don't bother trying to reach them by phone from your new location. Highly unlikely anyone will bother to answer the phone.

This post office is BEYOND HORRIBLE! Packages are NEVER delivered on time, no one answers the phone to provide assistance and if you walk in the females are rude as hell and the men are sorry and get paid to sit on their asses.

This USPS location has had my package for over a month according to USPS tracking info and STILL not delivered it. They never answer their phone and overall seem totally uninterested in doing their one job - delivering mail! If the USPS was a privately owned business, with service like this, they would have been out of business years ago.

I never get a package delivery. I received one of the numerous packages I ordered. The USPS workers don't knock or attempt to deliver. I seen a worker put this notice in the mail box what attempt was made. She did a lot of people like this. I beg my sender's to not use USPS it's 28 degrees and I have to walk to get a package that a postal worker did not deliver. WOW OAN 30314 is also my zip code...

I am complaining about getting my mail delivered between 8:00 and 9:00 at night. my zip code is 30314. I don't understand why mail is being delivered in the middle of the night especially in my neighborhood. Not only is it not safe for the mail man but it is not safe for my mail to be left out in the mail box at night.
