Avoid utilizing them if at all possible. You'll save yourself some valuable time and energy.
Well frankly, avoid using anyone that can't even serve within their respective job description and/or purpose.
More specifically, do NOT intend on depending upon this particular USPS branch if you need a parcel delivered to your address. They've left a "sorry, we missed you" slip in my box with ABSOLUTELY NO attempt to deliver on 3 separate occasions. It's basically classic laziness, BUT, it just makes USPS look bad as a whole.
Use fedex.
