This place is embarrassing, lost 800$ worth of packages, website is no help, and the joke of a phone system is infuriating. Literally do better or f*ck off, I have never had issues with usps like this before.
No one answers the phone... A week later and still no follow up on an incident that happened at my home with mail carrier where police and supervisor were called. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Complex i live in replaced the mailboxes in the mailroom without telling the tenants. We have been trying to get our mail for over a week now. Many of us don't drive and there is no bus service. And management just sitting on their butt. Talking about we waiting on the post office. Mean while no locks on new boxes. Management has no freaking ideal what's going on. We are been lied to everyday. Covid-19 is a convenient excuse for everything that's behind running late. United States Portal Service is Taking their own time putting lock's on the mailboxes. A whole building being inconvenienced.
DON’T PAY FOR A PASSPORT PHOTO!!
I applied and paid for passport photo here, after my application was submitted I was notified I need to take another photo the photo taken at the post office wasn’t acceptable due to quality of the image. So I now have to pay for another photo.
This post office does not pick up phone. Need to reconcile issues with new apartment complex The Haven which is causing packages to get returned even though valid addresses. UPS and Fedex have no issues. Immediately called when received text that packages were being held as undeliverable but spent 2 hrs on hold with 1-800 number that eventually could not get through as it’s customer service number is having tech issues. These packages have gone from HOLD to Return to Sender because I couldn’t get through + wasted over 4 hours today to attempt to reconcile.
No one ever answers the phone at the Post Office. Why is that? Everybody that works is busy but we have to answer the phone for our customers. The Post Office has forgotten about the customer.
And the mail gets delivered late in the day in 30601. The PO is catering to the privileged and don’t even know it.
Yesterday, March 24, 2020, I visited the Olympic Dr. PO to get my Passport renewed. Brenda helped me. She was exceptionally helpful and courteous. A credit to the PO/USPS. If I had a business, she is the type of person I would want helping me.

My carrier leaves a notice in my mailbox saying a letter requiring my signature could not be delivered because no authorized recipient is available. I literally watched the mail truck stop at my mailbox and leave. I was expecting this letter, so anticipated delivery. Now, I have to drive to the other side of down to get the letter. I have tried calling the Post Office on Olympic Drive and the calls keep being sent to an operator who never answers and it goes to a voicemail where you cannot leave a message.
At all cost, avoid getting anything shipped through this postal office. My current and previous package have not been delivered on time. On the day of their supposed delivery, they both were left stating, “Awaiting delivery scan.” Only to be left to chance on whether or not my package will actually show up. I had to call multiple offices just to figure out where or what happened to my package and only found out that they themselves had no idea. So I’m guessing I will have to make more phone calls again...
I called the P.O. number for an appointment to renew my passport, pressed 5 for passport service, and left a voicemail message but never heard back. When I stopped by the P.O. I was advised that they do not make appointments by phone or in person, only on line - but there is no link to online appointments on this page! PLEASE delete passport service from phone and put link online.
Mail has just been delivered on 07/05/2017. No mail service on 07/03/2017! Lance must have been off, because he is an excellent mail carrier! He goes above the call of duty to provide superior service and resolve all problems!
