Mailbox outside of Albany Westside is taped shut and has been for MONTHS. Either remove the box or open remove the tape.
Also, we receive others mail almost daily. I have personally no received SSI letters with codes for my account.
I respect your jobs but this is way out of hand. Let’s do better.
The person who delivers my mail is CONSTANTLY leaving the mail box open after he puts the mail and packages in the box. when it rains, EVERYTHING gets soaked and ruined.. Packages get stolen due to the open box, where the contents r plainly visible, an open invitation to steal it. . I made a complaint to the counter clerk to no avail. next trip I will speak to the postmaster or station manager, whatever they r called....Terrible service
My stupid ass mailman decided she was going to stroll down my walkway (on camera) flinging one of my 2 boxes around, toss it on the porch and take off, she marked the other box as undeliverable due to no access, which is bullshit because she was able to walk down a clear pathway to our front door and deliver the other box no problem.
I am having issues receiving mail at my address all of a sudden. This is also my business address. I order 2 gift for my baby and both said delivery in or around mail box. I live in an apartment where large packages gets delivered to the office. The next package should delivery at my door and I've been home all day waiting on it. Now I have vendor payments coming by mail and I'm not receiving anything. This is ridiculous and I'm so upset with whoever they have pretending to delivery mail
A shipper dropped off a package and for a week now the status has said Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending.
We all know DeJoy crippled mail service so don't expect USPS to even accept packages you dropped off. I recommend to not use businesses that only use USPS. "Comments below are not read by postal employees" is all you need to know, DeJoy doesn't care.

Not sure why my mailman constantly misplaces my mail and the postal office supervisor seems to care nothing about it EVERY time i go in how can i make a complaint and start back getting my mail like i am supposed to?
Postal People in Albany- Federal on Broad Ave Albany 31701 are very nice! They treat people with respect even when holding up a line by not being prepared. The facility is clean if old. It is of great service to citizens of SWGA where it seems more foot traffic goes there than did a few years ago. Love that building!
I live at 446 Pinecone Albany Ga 31705. Have trouble with the sub not picking up outgoing mail with flag up. I know these are hard times for us all but it is really important to guard the public trust..
I placed an order online that was to be delivered to me between June 27-29. As of today I have still not received my package even though tracking details show it was delivered to Albany facility on June 26. It is now July 8th and still no package. This is totally irresponsible on someone’s part. I called last week and spoke to someone that couldn’t understand my situation either & placed a report on this. She said someone would call me regarding and as of today have not heard anything! No excuse for this delay ! I’m still waiting!!!
