i was in the post offcie today mailing parcels when one of the ladies that work there was rude to me she helped an older lady then when i stepped she rudely said im not ready .....she could have been nicer but no she helped someone else but not me .......thishappens alot here be nice ladies i tlk to a man that said the same thing ,,,rude and slow

The person that delivered my mail Saturday stole my very important letter they never attempted to get a signature. We watched him or her in our driveway for 15 minutes. This is so illegal! Then I have called this location and NO ONE PICKS UP@

Mike Aarabi The new mail carrier to the business complex at 7103 Glade Road, Acworth, 30102, recently stopped delivering mails to 25 businesses at this address without any notification and caused big damages to all businesses on this complex. We did not have any problem with the previous mail carrier and deliver packages to each office at the complex, we have daily delivery from FedEx-UPS and Amazon, but new mail carriers never enter to complex for delivering packages, and all businesses in complex requesting from senders to prevent to send the package by USPS, We respectfully request for an investigation. I have had a package sitting in the Ackworth post office for 3 weeks now, still pending acceptance. I get disconnected when calling and do not have any support in getting ahold of anyone from USPS in order to track or resolve this issue. Very frustrating!

I've ordered several books on amazon, and I was unfortunate for them to be sent to this post office.... 3 MONTHS, it's been 3 months and my order is still pending, I reported this USPS for negligence by withholding mail and packages that are not theirs, by the way the provider I ordered from on amazon tried contacting them, and they blew them off, I hope Amazon blacklist this pathetic excuse of a USPS. No possible excuse for a piss poor effort my this branch, why bother even having your number available if you're not gonna even answer it. I reported this branch to their USPS HQ in D.C.

USPS tracking shows that my shipment was received and that package acceptance is pending since 11:16am on February 12. When I called this office, the phone rang and rang for probably 3-4 minutes and then went to a busy a signal. I called back about 10 times. This was all during hours of operation, too. Unbelievable. I understand that Covid and weather has slowed everything down. I understand offices are understaffed. But you can’t even set up a voicemail? You can’t change your hours of operation on your official website? You can’t even give Amazon an update on delivery time? Amazon is saying it will be delivered by tomorrow. There’s no way if it’s still in Ackworth. This is ridiculous.

Problem 1: We frequently receive mail that is not ours, and I am missing mail. My email showed that I received my aunt’s wedding invitation, but I never have. She was to be married on Feb. 20. She passed away on Feb. 11. I’d really like to have that invitation. Problem 2: I regularly schedule porch pick ups on the USPS website. Last week my pick up was ignored twice and ignored again just yesterday. Pick up the mail please. Problem 3: ANSWER. THE. PHONE. at the Main Street office.

Package was delivered on this postal office to be sent to me on December 3rd, 2020 and it has been on “Accepted” status ever since. It’s already January 7th 2021 and the package is still in the same status. Called customer service and the very rude rep just said sorry can’t help you, contact the postal office. I’ve been calling for weeks now and nothing. What a terrible postal office, thank you for holding the most important Christmas gift for my husband.

my package has been held at this post office for THREE WEEKS with no updates provided!!!! what is the issue? three weeks is unacceptable by any means, especially when your customer service can’t provide any updates, not even the coverall “covid delays”, which i would understand - but even that wasn’t given to me as an excuse, which makes me believe this is due to negligence. at what point do i assume you’ve lost the parcel? unbelievable.

My package was out for delivery on Dec 15th by 7:15pm. I received this text around 9:00am. At 2:44 I got another text saying ‘held at post office at customer request’. I DID NOT REQUEST TO HAVE MY PACKAGE HELD!! I’ve been waiting on the package every day which was received at the post office on Dec 7th. Why would they lie and say delivery attempt when there’s always someone there to accept the package. This is RIDICULOUS!!!! I then tried calling the post office and the phone just rang and rang.

I have a package that was shipped from Acworth from an Amazon seller on November 24th. There has been ZERO tracking updates since my package was received by the Acworth post office, and it's been nearly two weeks. I live less than an hour away in Gwinnett county, so there's no reason for this long of a delay regardless of Covid. I have tried calling, and no one picks up the phone. I need my shipment!

I had a very important package (2 bridesmaid dresses) that were marked delivered at my house and I saw the mail man NOT deliver my packages and now they are marked as delivered on the tracking number. I will call and find out what is going on and also there will be an investigation if no packages are found. Next time don’t lie because I was home and watched him not get out or deliver any packages at my house.

TERRIBLE, not worth going on vacation with all the trouble of having mail held. Went to pick up mail after having it held for two weeks, not there yet...given number to call carrier office...hung up on three times...finally told it will be at post office at 11. Go back at 11. Not there because they always come at 11:30. They will call me when it gets there....by the way was asked several times by all involved if I wanted it just delivered...I said no too dangerous....finally called at 1 to be told it didn't come with carrier and to call supervisor, busy signal 14 times...walk out to mail box, all mail stuffed in box.

We moved our business to Acworth in May of 2016. We have had near non-stop issues with not receiving checks from customers, with vendors not receiving checks from us, without receiving mail for days at a time, with delays in certified and/or priority mail taking weeks (literally) to arrive. Just this month alone I have had to spend $70 in bank fees to stop payment on 2 checks that have not arrived at 2 different vendors in over 3 weeks. It is beyond ridiculous that our day to day is being disrupted by a government agency and nothing is being done.

We moved to our location in December of 2017 and to date still are not receiving our mail properly. Upon observing the delivery truck, it does come down the street, turns around, but doesn't stop at the cluster box. We should have mail more days than not and we use the box for our outgoing mail as well. Please correct this asap. This is the 4th contact I've made. Our address is: 3517 Lake City Industrial Ct. Ridiculously slow to deliver any mail . I had a package sit at Forrest park for 3 days , then off to Acworth , which took another 4 days to deliver . Now I have my banking card debit card doing the same thing . I need my card !! I called the 800 # and sat on hold for 55 mins then hung up on . I am so damn frustrated !!

I had two packages show up at the Acworth Post Office the same day. They both should have been sorted and delivered the same day but only one should up and now the second one is showing that it was sorted 8 hours ago and out for delivery 7 hours ago and here it is after 8:00 pm and still no mail at my house nor any of my neighbors but I thought I heard the mail truck on the street above ours around 2:00 today. I’m very disappointed in the postal service.

I watched my mail carrier literally drive up my driveway, she never got out of her truck...she then backed down the driveway and then put a pink slip in my mailbox ( I watched ALL OF THIS FROM MY FRONT DOOR, I was just getting out of the shower and was only in a towel, so I was waiting for her to leave the package on the porch)...that was a year ago...On Sat, I was home all day because I was sick...never received one piece of mail, but somehow when I tracked my package that was supposed to be delivered, it said that I was not home (not a package I needed to sign for, mind you) and at 7:16PM that a notice was left...there was no notice and I did not receive a SINGLE piece of mail on that Friday or Saturday...I tried to call to complain and was immediately sent to voicemail...

Oak Grove Post Office... I made an on line order. It was shipped fed x from New Jersey to Forrest Park very quickly. Then it sit there for 2 days before it was sent to acworth Post Office. Now it sits there for two days before it gets sorted and put on a truck. I called to see If I could just come pick it up. The manager did not identify herself, was very rude and lied to me. Maybe this type of service is why the P.O. is and should go out of business..Like all government agencies, no one does there job, at the tax payers expense!
