I need a package stopped somone scammed me


I am totally wondering how this post office could be so lazy to let my medicine (that arrived June 10 at 5:16 am and sent it to St Petersburg 16 minutes later) that has been visiting most of the post offices in Florida. This is not the first time this post office has messed with me. I will be in contact with the state Senator.


It’s a shame that you have to drive all the way to the post office because people are to sorry to answer the phone customer service sucks in the world today people are so lazy and we pay taxes to put them there something has to be done


We have a wonderful carrier in our community. Apparently today she was off. The male filling in her for, went down one side of our road with delivery, did not do u turn at top of road like our female driver. Three hours later, he was noticed speeding down our still no delivery on our side of the road, hopefully he has not dropped our mail elsewhere. Tomorrow I will speak to the normal delivery person.


Have been trying to call Central Ave, WH post office and the phone just rings and rings and rings, until it disconnects and I call right back. You nee to answer the phone!


Postal Carrier delivered our package and had it signed to an incorrect address in our subdivision. Multiple families have had this happen numerous times in our subdivision. I have been notified the same postal person continues to deliver packages to incorrect addresses with no repercussions. I encourage everyone to take action with the postal service so this does not continue to happen.


The last 3 packages I have had have been one problem after another. Until last year I had no problems receiving packages but now I do not get them on time, they get delivered to the wrong house and when I call the post office I have to ensure the most rude and condescending person I have ever encountered. Ms. Evans apparently needs to maybe have some additional training with how to deal with customers. Most people would be fired for such an attitude but I guess because the post office is a government entity that kind of behavior is rewarded. She talks over you, she does not allow for you to make a proper complaint because she’s too busy telling people that she has been doing this job for 35 years as if she is more intelligent than anyone calling to find out what is happening with their packages. Obviously you probably don’t actually read these comments because again, you have a job that is part of the government so why bother correcting anything right?


What hours is General Delivery mail available?


According to our tracking number the carrier left our package in our mail box in the bank of mail boxes in our park. The problem is that it was not in our mail box. Once again no mail in a our neighborhood thank you happy I wasn't waiting for anything important all the neighbors asking one and other if the mailman came buckeye ridge


Today I visited The Winterhaven post office off of Central to drop off a package. I had my items already wrap in a box and the only thing I had not done was taped the box shut. The only reason the box was not tape shut was because I was shipping my dads Pace maker monitor and wanted the postal employee to confirm whether this device was a lithium battery or not. I was told that I needed to purchase tape from the post offices or go Priority. I was so angry that I had to purchase the tape that I left it on the counter just in case another customer come with the same issue. Hopefully your next customer won’t have to purchase tape.
