second- I found a piece of my mail on the ground in the street by mailbox, if your carriers are that careless, that's why I have a problem with receiving my mail promptly ,because it seems the girl with glasses, doesn't care for me, I really don't care, she is paid to do a job, that's what I expect, not mail,days later when the envelopes have no marking on them, from carriers and letters are dated Jan 25, or Jan 28th and today is Feb 3, I'm excepting pension check and bank statement, is it going to be in the street or another mailbox or held for a week because she has attitude, or he has attitude, I will be speaking with post master, because it's like they know it's money and it come way later, if the stamp reads today on it, I'm going to get attorney about mail carrier, seems they open and re seal my letters and documents. I have proof, I worked for a large co. I guarantee there is documents left over for 119 Tempsford rd
A family member sent me a certified flat rate envelope in Nov of 2021, online said that it was delivered to my address, which I never received, I went to the post office and the manager said that it was deliver. Supposedly she investigated the mailman and he was at my location on the time and day online says it was deliver. I felt I lost really important mail on that package. Now on Feb 2022 I got the package, but they wont accept that they mishandle my mail. The manager here is a little arrogant, because when I went I was nice, even though I lost my package.

This is absolutely not TRUE - the gates have been broken all week you can see people on our Residence FB page complaining about it. If you didn't have time, it's delayed whatever, but don't lie - the gates are wide open and our HOA president met with the post master to make sure you all had the codes to get into the gate. That is a gift, I need that ASAP
My package was returned to the sender the same day it was supposed to be delivered,9:00 PM??? because of a bad address. I tried 3-phone numbers 10 times trying to assist with the issue. Not once did anyone answer the phone. Not once was I able to connect to take the brief survey . What deplorable customer service from an institution so valued by the ENTIRE UNITED STATES. No satisfaction, no resolution, no package, No live employees.
Just try calling the phone number lusted to the United States Post Office in Auburndale that is listed on the web. 863-965-0099. It rings once and is busy. I called ten times, hoping to get an answer. No results. Not good. Now I will have to drive over, wait in line and ask them in person about calling...ohhh and I will be dialing the phone number as I wait in line...then i will have to deal with someone face to face to reduce my problem that I am calling to begin with. They get a minus ten stars on this rating! I left my email and we shall see if anyone answers me before I drive over in person.
