There is an ongoing problem with my mail not being put in my mailbox,next door neighbors are blocking the mailbox and that’s why the mailman sometimes can’t put it in the mailbox. The house is full of people not the owners maybe a business is going on.
What can be done about a reckless mail person? Constantly jamming small boxes into mailboxes when they clearly don't fit and damages all the envelopes. Additionally, she has crashed into the mailbox and I have replaced it. a year later she did it again . white paint is left on the metal structure. Smashes into trashcans, runs through intersections, totally an example of someone that has no regards for any one or thing.
Any reason why the mail was not delivered today or picked up? Friday May 20th. I placed my outgoing mail in my box, with the flag up at 8am. It is now 620pm, and it's still there.
To the USPS delivery that delivered for Amazon today 3/18/22. They left 2 boxed mattress at the curb/street the same day as trash pickup and they were discarded with our trash. This is recorded on our Ring Camera. What is wrong with the people you hire. Incompetent, rude and inconsiderate.
I know Amazon hires you to assist them, but this is unacceptable and is being reported.

Last time my mailbox was left open with my package hanging out of it....anybody could have grabbed it and took off.

I am trying to call you to obtain the number of my mailbox, cause I recently moved to a new community. Nobody answered, so I don't know how to solve this issue.
The sub on our route today sucks. He left the packages on top of the boxes. They were not placed in the larger boxes. Thankfully my neighbor brought mine to me. Why doesn’t someone ever answer the phone? Are you afraid of all the complaints you’d have to hear?
What good is having a phone if you don’t answer? I’ve called many times, only for it to ring and ring and then hang up. I’m trying to track down my medication that our mail carrier has not delivered! It’s been out for delivery since Monday. I need answers. The tracking, doesn’t work. I need to talk to someone.
Box size. Evidently this happens a lot. My package is stuck in my mail box!!!!!!!!
You people need to be more aware when loading mail packaging!!!!!!
Very frustrating.
Just because a package fits on the loading side of the neighborhood mail boxes does not mean it can be removed from the resident side. You folks need to make the openings on the Carrier side at least the same size, or smaller. The contents of a package delivered to my mail box is still inside (no packaging) because it physically won’t fit through the opening.
The mail carrier (today in truck 1254066) is pulling away from the mailbox too quickly, and his tires are digging a rut in front of our mailbox. We’ve turned ankles several times. I’ve tried twice to fix the problem, today burying pavers under the dirt.
We haven’t had this problem for seven years. Just the last six months.
Please ask mail carrier on our route to stop pulling away so quickly, and just to ease the truck away from the mailbox.
