It appears the Winter Garden post office is intentionally withholding mail. Their carrier comments were abrupt and unnecessary. There is no answer at the post office to talk to a supervisor/post master. I am contacting the postal inspector’s office

I am appalled with how rudely my wife, daughter, and my 4-month grandson were treated at this post office facility in downtown Winter Garden. My wife was wanting to ship various items to our son in Birmingham , AL. The postal worker at the counter was very vocal about being unhappy about the items to be shipped. She stated that her shift ended at 3:00 and had no interest in assisting in shipping these items. The time was 2:30 and my wife had already waited in line for several minutes (there were two ahead of her and 3 behind her). She verbally accosted my wife and insisted she use the post office down the street which was open until 5:00. This person (a middle age female with blonde hair) is a despicable example of the service that should be provided by an executive branch of the government branch of the United States. The Postmaster General should be embarrassed with her pitiful service. This sadly is the perfect example of customer no service.
