I have had NOTHING but SORRY service by the Sorrento Post office, 32776. for weeks. They do NOT answer their telephones during normal hours of operation and they are returning my mail to sender when I have a PO BOX, 895 and collect my mail ever few days. I NEED this complaint to be registered and WANT a respose.

Hello, i have been notified twice that the mail cannot be delivered due to a car parked in front of my home. Although the car is in front of my home, it is not in front of the mailbox. the car is parked in front of the home it belongs to and as far away from the mail box as it can possibly be without impending driveways of the home it does not belong to. Can i please get an official distance the mailbox is required to have from from obstruction.

I was expecting packages to be delivered today, 3/11/18. I have been here all day, nothing blocking my front door or driveway, yet I get an alert my packages couldn't be delivered do to those 2 reasons. Bull, we haven't left all day. Pretty disappointed with the carrier.
