About 3 months ago I put in a forward mail request

and I just received an email saying the buyer of the house in St. Cloud has a pile of mail for me that needs to be picked up ... I thought something was wrong because some days maybe for a week I get no mail ... what is the problem???? i HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES WITH NO ANSWER

That was Monday 7:29 at my mail box_ i dint revived anything.
This post office is a MESS. Packages sent back to sender because someone does not like the way the address is written. Package shows delivered but it was not, No one answers the phone. The Post office is going to hell.
the carrier keeps putting my packages in the mailbox and my mail in the parcel box. i have spoken to many supervisors over the last 3 years and still it is not resolved. as a matter of fact, today, 10/15, it happened again. and i also still get mail from the tenants that lved here before i moved in 3 years ago. i get mail to 4 different names.
I sent 2 envelopes to the same address in palm coast Florida on Sunday to my attorney office he received one envelope on Wednesday, it is now Thursday and the second letter is no where to be found? Why does it take between 3-5 day to mail a letter to a distance of an hour. Next time ill just drive my mail to them at least I know they are getting it, what is wrong with this post office system?
customer service communication is non-existant. line is continually busy and I suspect they leave it off the hook to dodge complaints. called early and the lady said she couldn't do anything until 9. called actually 50 times and the line was busy or wasnt answered and asked for a remote pin number.

Only gave me his name as Jose refused to give me his last name. While I was trying to mail a priority letter using the computer at the saint cloud post office I did everything step by step on the computer over and over again it would not process my envelope. I went inside to talk to a postal employee I politly asked him for some HELP with the machine he shouted at me that the machine is not working to get on line( I don't think a postal work should be yelling at me for any reason) I then asked him why the machine doesn't have an out of order sign he started to challenge me about how hard his job is and that I have never worked a job that has the stress level of his job he is very wrong about that. After treating me with such disrespect my voice had to elevate to his so he can here what I am saying he then told me that I am yelling and he is going to get me escorted from my post office that I have been going to for 14yrs never had A problem before and always treated well by the staff there at my post office. The person that was yelling challenging me and threatening me only would give me his 1st name as jose. What I am asking is can somebody investigate this complaint and review any video on February 1st at 451pm at your saint cloud office I believe he is the supervisor there after yelling at me and giving me just his first name as Jose he then proceeded to help me by taking the envelope from the person that was with me looked in my face from behind the counter and read my full name out to me I then again asked for his full name he still did not give it to me. When he took the envelope from my friend in the hall I noticed he also had my credit card in his hand( I never gave him my credit card) so as he was processing my envelope#9405511899560087061567 his device is#c3lmx8cgg22y. Please help me with this unbelievable treatment that I had to endure. I would like to know the outcome of your investigation my email is listed above please contact me as soon as possible thank you for your compliance.
Pissed! My old lady USPS does not deliver to my house. I have a box which is 2 miles from where I live. My understanding is that Amazon deliveries are supposed to be made TO MY RESIDENCE on Sundays. I got a message from Amazon, today, Sunday 12/23/18 saying that there was a gate or other thing blocking the delivery. This is bull. There is no impediment to my residence.
Maybe there was someone else on duty today that doesn't know how to follow a GPS down a dirt road to get to my house. The old lady, Jan, knows where we live, but she has been ugly in the past about having to make an Amazon delivery. I don't know Who didn't make the delivery, but I DO know that I am expecting last minute Christmas gifts that were promised by Amazon, and someone in the USPS is not making the delivery. If the delivery does not appear on Monday, 12/24, I will be lighting up someone at the Saint Cloud, FL office. Overall, I am not happy with the Saint Cloud, FL postal office since they do not feel they need to deliver to me directly. It's been nearly 20 years of this crap.
Yesterday Dec 18th I left behind my computer backpack at the mailbox while picking up with my laptop and wallet with all my personal documents and cash inside. I wish to commend our new Regular Carrier Mr. Magdiel Ortiz for returning it personally as it was. For his INTEGRITY he should be your Employee of the YEAR and GO VIRAL!! last night my husband mailed 23 packages. I keep a very detailed list of who we send to and when. This morning in reviewing my receipt, I'm discovering that one package was sent to the same address as another one, or at least it appears to be tracking there. zip codes are different. On another note, last week we received three pieces of mail that did not belong to us. In connecting with our carrier, I discovered that she was not fluent in English and confused about the number difference when pointed out. Hopefully those three pieces of mail were delivered correctly the second time around.
The mail delivery sucks when we first moved to St. Cloud we got our mail early. Now it gets delivered at 5 pm. We get other people’s mail and the mailman won’t even pick it up when you put it back with wrong address. Regular mail person delivering amazon mail on Saturday to get triple time overtime. You all need to get your act together.
Terrible service! Getting our mail or some of it ,at 6:45 P.M. .Missing magazines and birthday cards and bills. What else is missing we do not know. Missing checks. Why is our mail not getting delivered until after 5 P.M.? Took 6 days to get a letter from out of state.
Worst mail service ever. Every day i get other folks mail. I’ve had my packages go missing even though it says delivered. Post General needs to audit this place. I call at 8pm one time and a janitor answers the phone! Was he expecting a call?
What time is the mail supposed to run at 5152 boggy creek rd?, one day its here at 10 am then another day its here at noon today here it is 2: 30 pm and it has not came yet I'm expecting a very important letter that was mailed out on the 6th from St. Cloud and still have not received it yet.
I have recieved mail that is not mine. And some of it very personal like bank statements. It belongs the next block down at least these ones, and I recieved someone elses mail that they need to get in a timely manor. I put them back in the mail box and the mailman just left them there. Why would he not pick them back up? And get them delivered to the correct household. Please send me an email of what I should do with this mail.

I would suppose that the regular mail carrier was otherwise occupied as for a very long time (over 16) years, his deliveries have been outstanding, and it seems that the new hires are actually unable to read at a level required by the position; a serious fix is needed.

I have a confirmation that a package was delivered to a drop box at the post office this morning @ 10:57a. What drop box?? I've tried to call all of the P.O in Osceola County, Fl to see what this meant as we don't have a drop box and it's not been delivered. I started calling at 4:30p and NO ONE answers any phone even though they are supposed to be open until 6P. Must be nice

I am not pleased with the service. It needs improvements. Delivery claims I received a package I anticipated, when the fact is that I haven’t. Delivery persons do not ring the doorbell or knock on the door when delivering packages. Your package is dropped at your door without your knowledge. I am always home all day when I'm expecting a package and have yet to hear my doorbell ring. It's no wonder packages are stolen. I called to speak to a supervisor, but no one answers the phone. I feel that the post office is not very customer friendly. It’s sad, really… for the customers.
I would like to report an amazing mail carrier. I live on the Columbia Ave in St. Cloud route. He delivered to us on November 18. I wish I knew this kind person's name (he wears wire rim glasses). He must just do this route during this time of year because both years it was my husband's and my birthday and the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond, always smiling and professional. He deserves a raise and to be acknowledged for a job well done
