On 12/09/2020 I ordered a roll of 55cents stamps and put it in USPS Orange envelope. It is 12/14/2020 and my stamps has not come in. This is the worst customer service ever. You got my money and I do not have my stamps. 239-980-5374

Carrier gave me a missed delivery notice that said "we missed you while your were out". Bullshit, I was home all day observing virus isolation since I am 73 years old with COPD. Many deliveries have been made here either to my door or dropped off outside or by me coming out to sign when horn is blown. Now I have a notice that says it is a final notice and your re-delivery website has been non functional despite several attempts. Your number 5293 0607 0834 8913 is bogus on re-delivery and even voice activated tracking. Your carrier would make me go to the annex to pick this package up? WTF?

I've gone through same a few times. They apologized, said would come ,next day with new label..NEVER SHOWED..... I got stuck paying $35.00 for shoes I needed to exchange size. I am also a Sr., disabled.
