I have been having problems with my mail delivery for a year or more. I either don't get my mail at all, or it is delivered to the wrong person, or I don't get it at all. I am tired of my bills being late. Why don't you hire someone who can read and tell the difference between numbers. This is getting old now and nothing is being done to correct it. I have made many complaints to the post office and all they say is they will look into it. Get with it or find another job you can do. It doesn't take a genius to deliver mail. You just need to be able to read. I would like a response to this but I probably won't.

Does anyone read these comments to the US Postal Service in St Augustine? My mail is too often delivered in the wrong box, two houses away on Lobelia Rd. The mail comes around 7 pm SEVEN pm. always late. Hire more delivery personnel, and pay them well. This area is in St Augustine, south of Walmart.

Those of us that live in condo communities that have seasonal renters have trouble getting our mail. Recently 2 of us did not get property tax bills! Hers finally showed up at the office & had been opened. Mine never did show up. IF YOU PUT IT IN THE WRONG BOX I DON’T GET IT.

This is one of the best locations I’ve been to! All the staff is extremely friendly, patient with each person and always smiling when I walk in.

my box at christina dr. (standing 9 unit box with larger package units on the side) owned by the post office has a dangerously rusted edge on the bottom of the box. I have been scratched several times. it is sharp enough to cut. The post off started working on it several months ago and then quit and it is now leaning and loose in the ground. This is a safety issue that needs to be resolved. my box is No.8

THIS ROUTE MUST BE HUGE. THERE ARE DAYS WHERE MY MAIL COMES AS LATE AS 7:00 PM. AND DURING THE WINTER MO. IT'S AFTER DARK. I CAN'T WALK IN THE DARK SO MUST WAIT TILL NEXT DAY. MY CONCERN IS MY MEDS ARE DELIVERED BY MAIL AND END UP SITTING IN THE BOX OVER NITE. OTHER TIMES, LIKE TODAY I AM WAITING FOR AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF MAIL FROM MY BANK AND IT IS NOW ALMOST 4:30. I HAVE NO IDEA IF HE'S COMING OR DECIDED TO PASS ME BY. MY FLAG IS UP SO I KNOW HE HASN'T STOPPED. I DO NOT LIKE MAIL COMING THIS LATEIF AT ALL.

By far the WORST. These people exist on a plane somewhere between morons and thieves. Late, damaged, missing, lost, stolen. That's the sum of my experience with these toads. They need to be fired and replaced with a crew that has at least a single triple digit IQ among them. And I love the disclaimer that these messages aren't even read by postal employees. That just about sums up the whole federal government now.

Even though we have boxes for packages, apparently our postal worker who dropped off our mail/packages felt the need to crumple everything up and force it in our box. All items in bubble wrap just smashed and pressed in to the box. Whitland way.

I have never received my mail after 1:00 pm anywhere I have lived in the US., including Hawaii. On Anastasia Island I get it between 6:00 and 6:30pm! Totally Ridiculous! And yesterday, Monday, the mailman didn't even show up in my gated community! I will be contacting the Postmaster General in Washington about this badly run Post Office!

Avoid. Dangerous environment due to all employees' stubborn refusal to follow the Presidential mask mandate. Don't risk your health to send mail.

If you are so worried about other people not wearing masks then just wear one yourself. Don't worry about what others are doing. Don't be such a whining crybaby. My guess is you are a liberal biased idiot who does not know any better and you should probably stay at home for all of our safety sake. And please for God sake don't show up at the polls whining about all the people not wearing masks to cast your vote for your favorite liberal politician hopefuls. Thanks, from the rest of us who have a life and half a brain.

Here it is 7pm on Saturday January 16 and we have yet to receive our mail. We have been waiting for a document mailed from Florence South Carolina since Tuesday. Now we are getting waiting another 3 days because of a Monday holiday. If this local letter carrier cannot deliver mail in a timely manner so that banking can occur before business hours are over perhaps they need retraining or an additional carrier on this route. This is the worst I have ever encountered. I will be contacting my Congressman if this isn’t resolved.

Just need to vent. What is going on with the mail? I mailed a Xmas card from St. Augustine to Frederick Md. 2 weeks before Xmas and party did not receive it until after Xmas. I also mailed a card to Philly 3 weeks ago and they still haven't received it. . I mailed a birthday card to Houston, Texas and they received it after the fact. It seems the more expensive the stamp the worse the service. JUST SAYING

On 4/6/2020, I went to the P. O. on 99 kings St., St.Augustine, Fl 32084 at apprxly. 4:35pm to do a couple of transactions. I ordered 6 M.O.'s; 2-$100.00, 1.-$10.00, 1- $40.00, 2 - $20.00 ea., and I needed about 10-20 Stamps the most. I was quoted the total price of $354.39 which I paid in cash to the Clerk #18 when I realised I was given the Stamps with the Flag of which I didn't want because I wanted Stamps that represented Easter so by then the Clerk #18 had step out for her break and I spoke to the Manager/Supervisor at hand and was told I had to wait for the Clerk to return to complete the exchange, ok, so I did. Upon her return, I explained I wanted the stamps to symbolize Easter and she had some stamps with flowers, so I said ok I'll take those. The Clerk #18 then stated that it had to be an even exchange and that the price would be the same $55.00 instead of the roll, I would get 5 sheets of 20 stamps each for the $55.00. When I realised what she (Clerk#18) had stated, I said; wait a minute! I don't need $55.00 worth of stamps, I only have about 10 Easter cards to send, I could buy 20 stamps but what am I gonna do with $55.00 worth of stamps? The clerk#18 responded... A lot of people come here and buy much more than that! I said, "I'm not alot of people and I don't own a business, for me $55.00 is my grocery shoping! I look at the Manager/Supervisor and she shruged her shoulders stating... there's nothing else we can do, those are the rules for even exchanges. I was in shock! I couldn't believe that this clerk#18 played me! To me she did not make it clear (eventhou she claimed she repeated herself) or very clear that I was buying $55.00 worth of stamps! Her and her scquicky voice, fast talking techniques, and insinuating as if I should know the P. O. Rules with respect to purchasing postal products! I was truely upset at the whole distasteful experience which I've never experience in the 10 yrs.or more that I've been coming to this P. O. for which I also rent a P. O. Box!!! It's apprxly 11:50pm + I'm still upset!!! My#904-417-5842. Someone please respond, call me. Why did I have to loose $55.00 in these hard times of the coronavirus situation when I was just trying to send Easter Cards to cheer other family members???

When staying with our grandchildren while their parents are out of the country, I put outgoing mail in their mailbox in their St. John's Country Club community and put the red flag up indicating mail in the box to be picked up. On two consecutive days the flag was put down but the mail was not picked up to go out although their neighbor whose box is attached to their box at the street (two boxes per street mailbox installation) received mail. What's happened to the traditional way of mail being delivered and out-going mail being picked up?

I live in the South close to the big boat ramp, The new thing added to poor service is about being unable to drop a package due to unsecure location !!! This could not be further from the truth, The carrier ( a woman) is always running late, so its easy to press a button on the scanner and put unable to deliver, rather than get out and drop it at the front door. This really bothers me with Prime deliveries that I pay extra for to have in 2 days. Sometimes I watch her drive by expecting a package, only to find she hit unable to leave due to unsecure location !!! this is just plain lazy and some things I get are time sensitive. I WAS HOME! AND YOU STILL HAVE THE NERVE TO DO THIS !!!!!! THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE FIRED CUT AND DRY!!!

32 years at this address with perfect mail service. Now for two months incompetence! Mail 4 hours later and today no service at all. Will put my mail back in the box and try again tomorrow. I deliver neighbors mail frequently, that I know they will receive it. Why the sudden sorry service?

For the last 6 months are mail arrives later and later every day in St. Augustine Shores area. Mail that says deliver on a certain day arrives 3 or 4 days late and sometimes special sales are missed because they are just a one day sale.

We live in the South of St Augustine, our mail comes later every day, never ever in the morning when we can do some banking, for instance, so we have to wait another day. The route is very busy and no doubt tiresome. Hiring is probably not an issue, and the poor woman who delivers our mail at 530pm DAILY, is not always accurate. We get other peoples' mail, or ours is delayed. Please consider another part time employee to deliver in this area to help out. M. Raska Thursday, Nov 29/18

I am so tired of our new mail carrier . First he leaves our packages and mail by our garage door and not by our front door with a porch. Then today we get a final notice that he tryed to deliver a package last Saturday ( No notice or anything ) and today try to re-deliver and never ever came to deliver it during the week . I would like an explanation . Did our Saturday mail carrier leave it in his truck all week and now my packages are being sent back to sender that is crap. The packages are coming from over seas

Postal Service in the northern part of Saint Augustine 32084 is very poor delivery service. Never come to the door with a certified letter, receipt and mailbox. Sign it put flag up it set in mailbox for 4 days on the 5th day still waiting for the certified letter. Good thing it wasn't important or have a timestamp on it.
