After navigating through the menu and trying to get ahold of a representative they never answer the phone so you can talk to an actual person. Horrible carrier is leaving mailboxes open to the elements and potential thieves now if you haven't raised your mailbox or installed a new one, as she has requested of about 70 people on her route, because after four decades it's suddenly become an issue in the past few weeks. Ridiculous way to treat customers.

Sure would be nice if the driver came to the door so that I could sign for my package. But unfortunately, I tried chasing him down the street, and he took off on me. Happened twice now.

Our post man Steven Cote is a very good postman, he is always on the same time and goes out of his way to make sure we get our mail even when he has to come to the door and face the dog that was always ready to meet people that came on the property. The dog was usually friendly but he didn’t look like he was friendly. Steve was a very good post man. I should say is a good guy.

Today, I had 2 packages left outside my front stairs. Not on the top step under the overhang, not inside the front screen door in the outside entry way, but in the elements, where it had just rained. I did not even know the package was there. This is unacceptable for the delivery from the US Post Office. Even UPS and Fed Ex put the packages inside the screen door and ring the door bell.

Terrible Service, my mail was on hold till 8/22, it's now 8/28 and they still have not resumed delivery, and I complained to everyone I could find at the Post Office, but still no mail, Horrible, terrible way to run a Post Office!

Who do I get in touch with to make a complaint to about my mail carrier? She keeps leaving the mail box door open and yesterday my neighbor went to get my mail and it was so wet it fell apart now this is not the first time this has happened also I fell in March and cannot get my mail sometimes for days as I'm using a walker and my box is across the street from my house so I have to wait until my neighbor or my son comes to get my mail I am 79 years old so not a kid anymore your help will be greatly appreciated Sincerely, Rita A Todd
