For the last 6 months, some of our bill payments have not been arriving at their destination. 3 of the occurrences were local to PVB and Jax Beach. Another one occurred this am for a credit card payment in another state. The PVB occurrence forced the gentleman to come to my house to collect the deposit check he had requested. Putting stop payments on these checks is costing me $35 each. What is going on? Are you trying to move people away from using your services because it appears you are doing a good job of that.
When jeanine does the mail its accurate but when she's out the man who delivers the mail constantly makes mistakes.i keep getting my neighbors mail and they get mine.To boot when you ask him something he is very nasty.
They NEVER answer the phone, no matter what day/time if day. I’m paying $21/week for Premium forwarding service. Part of the mail
is forwarded and part is still going to my address in FL and no one can help.
A package for me arrived at this post office on April 10, 2021. Tracking confirmed they received it. The package was never delivered to me. It is still missing in mid-May. Postal employees just throw their hands up when I ask them to find it.
I live pretty far out of this postal jurisdiction and somehow my package was sorted incorrectly and ended up here. The postmaster from my area has been trying to contact this office for two days to no avail. I have been trying to call and no one answers. I would have to make a 4.5 hour drive to have a simple question about tracking answered and that is unacceptable.
No one answers their phone. It doesn’t matter if it’s first thing in the morning or anytime during business hours. I stopped counting after 25+ rings, then it gives a fast busy signal. If customers have issues and questions, they cannot reach anyone. Is this their policy! If I lived in the Jacksonville area, I would drive over and see if I could ask my question, however, I live over 1,200 miles away. How can I contact them? Snail mail?
I live in Willowcove Park townhomes in Nocatee. Recently I have been receiving mail to my mailbox other than that addressed to me. It was an everyday occurrence last week. I redelivered mail to my neighbors or dropped it back in the out going box hoping the mail carrier would get it right the second time around. Appears someone needs training.
I had my mail held. It WAS NOT DELIVERED when hold expired.
Called USPS - the robot said, “Your on hold time is 40 to 50 minutes”
I hung up and called Ponte Vedra USPS.
NO ANSWER. I let it ring 3 minutes.
