I am so disgusted with the Pinellas Park Post Office I could throw. I have been getting general delivery since January I have gotten 1 piece of junk mail. Lets see -22 packages never arrived 5 bank cards, 2 credit cartds, pap[er work from dcf the courts buill etc. NOTHING1! EVERYTIME IGO THERE THEY BRING OUT A SUPERVISOR NOTRHING EVER GFETS DONE. I AM LIVING IN MLY XCAR BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A BANK CARD AND CANT ACCESS MY TRUST FUND. SO I DID A TEST I SENT A LETTER TYO MYSELF AND CHASE OVERNIGHTED MY BANK CARD EITHER SOMEONE IN THAT P[OST OFFIVE IS DESTROYUING OR STEALINGF MY MAIL. AND THE SUPERVISORS THERE ARE USELESS!

This location used to be a good one. Not anymore. They never answer the phone, no one smiles except for one woman, they all seem like robots. Other locations like the one on 9th St. N. St. Petersburg have friendly helpful employees.

I have been trying to get assistance with a bunch of miss of missing packages since November and have received no assistance. I was at Arlington gardens in pinellas park. Tracking shows packages were delivered there and never given to me. They abandoned me on November 18 and no packages delivered after were forwarded or returned to sender. They refused to give me any mail. They have a history of withholding mail.

We have lived in Pinellas Park for 6 years now. I have yet to contact this office about anything at all that they have said they will look into it and get back with me. I have had lost packages that I have sent, I have had lost packages that were coming to me and I have just called to see if they could direct me to where I could get my Passport Updated. They have never answered one question correctly or have they ever found a missing package for me. They are useless!

I am concerned getting other people's mail. This has been going on for several months now. The day someone gets their mail with my address; I don't want an issue with them saying that they were living in my apartment? Pinellas government, I don't trust!

They attempted one delivery and never followed my request to deliver on saturday.. I have no idea where my ice maker went.

This is the worst example of a United States post office location ever. So, last week I am standing in this location and three people in front of me is a man wearing a mask due to Covid-19 requirements; it appeared he had a package to drop off. A woman and maybe her daughter came barreling in the door and right up behind the man with the package & well within the 6ft social distancing recommendation. The man noticed how close they were to him and waved his hand motioning for them to back up to the 6ft requirement. The older woman told the man to shut up and was very mean and rude to the man. The gentleman did nothing but request the required distancing. The lady caused such a fuss that it caught the attention of the female clerk who immediately took the ladies side and called for “Bill” and said “ Bill we need baby sitting help out front while looking at the gentleman who did nothing wrong . Bill comes to the front like he the state police with attitude all over his face and proceeds to say, “If you have a drop off, I can help you”. The Gentleman proceeds to Bill and asks for a tracking paper and Bill replies “I don’t know that here and you have to wait back in line. The whole time Bill being very condescending to the man and was behind the counter and could have helped him. I felt so sorry for the man with the package my mouth open in amazement. I wish I could do some to help this situation. we pay taxes to me treated like this and for no reason. The customer never once raised his mouth or tone considering he was being attacked by federal employees. Please stay away from this location please.

I've had mail to be mailed out sitting in my mailbox for over seven days my postal worker never walks down to my door I live off of 34th St N

We have had nothing but excellent service at Pinellas Park PO. Bill was more then helpful as our all the staff members.

Incompetent people who do not resolve the problems. I have never had any problems till moving to pinellas park. First you stop delivering mail 3 months after moving in saying box all the sudden the box needs moved and now you deliver my bills that were due on July 7/8/19 today on 8/17/19. Where have you been hiding them?? Also I have excellent credit because I pay on time, now your messing up my perfect payment history and are you going to pay my late fees?? Absolutely unacceptable and your incompetence makes me sick. Speaking to Susan Clark resolved nothing.

4 days before our vacation I handed a “hold mail” paper to our mail person. Mail was never held. Thankful to neighbor who kept mailbox empty

I got an email at 3:45 pm packages were delivered by FEDEX. I went at 6:30 pm and no keys in box for my packages. They told me I had none when I went to the front desk. I cant remember the name of the African American with dreads he was the nastiest, rudest, person ever and who cares right - Civil Service employees can never be fired and either can be nice, rude or nasty. The packages were in the back a day and night later and said oh, they had not got to it yet.

Pinellas Park post office is a piece of crap, workers drop off slips instead of coming up and handing you the item even when you're outside. Don't deliver half the time, been waiting on expected items, no mail today apparently. Had packages checked for delivery 3 trailers down, and never delivered and never found. Call them and they promise help but never deliver. Got sender to resend items in lost package and that one was tracked to the day and sent on the wrong truck, called BIG post office headquarters, and around six pm a mail truck showed up with a VERY pissed off driver and my resent package, mail had already been delivered that day, lol, and no package, driver drove up shoved package in the box, while someone was outside waiting for it, and then tore off like a bat out of hell. So it isn't the postal service in general, it's THAT particular office. They need a serious clean out of dead weight.

Neighbor kids keep knocking down our mailbox. Postman has refused to deliver anything to our house for a week now. I am waiting on medical paperwork and other items. Pinellas Park Post Office - Just don't care about quality According to tracking my calipers were out for delivery, never got delivered. Note from tracking, delivery not updated. I went to post office (4) times in the next 10 days, was told they were not found, that trucks were checked and they were not in the box for not delivered items, I was told by a Debbie, if they are found, they would be delivered, she was sure they would be found. Two weeks later the tracking said item was being returned to sender in China. They had my name, they had tracking number and they seen my smiling face four times. No one contacted me and no attempt was made at delivering the item. I went in and told a Randy what had happened, he said it should have been delivered, he would find out why it was sent back and get ahold of me and tell me what happened. In short, he did not, didn't do anymore than Debbie. I believe neither done anything, they don't give a crap about the bad service, nothing can happen to a beaurocrat on salary that don't give a crap. Why go out of my way, don't get payed any more, matter of fact if I do my job half assed, I get payed the same. Seems like a number of people with bad attitudes in the Pinellas Park Post Office. It is 4:23 on Saturday and I have been waiting ALL day for a package. I have been sitting in my home and no notice. I get a notice at 3:57 they tried to deliver ab No left a niotice. No notice on door and I drove to my mailbox and no notice. I am angry. I have been waiting and watching ALL day. Do not send my package back. Deliver it as promised. Today!,,,,

I am not recieving any of my mail. I did an address change and i have changed addresses with all of my billing companies. I haven't received any bills at all. I confirmed that most of these companies have sent me things. what do i do? every time i call the local postal service number it's busy

I received a email that may package was delivered on Sat in my mailbox but after making a special trip to pick it up at my work nothing was delivered

What kind of idiots do you have working for you. My package was left in the rain today, 8/31/16. Luckily I was home so it wasn't outside too long, but if I worked my DVD player would have been ruined. Would it hurt them to ring the doorbell or at least knock on the door. Now I know why people use UPS or Fed Ex at least they ring the bell or if it's raining they try to cover it. Just another incompetent Government job.

I find the staff in this facility to be courteous and efficient. And my mail carrier always brings me my mail -- so nothing but praise there, too. I wish we had a post office a little close to my house, or a box with a late pickup. I'm in the no-man's land on the western edge of the city. I also wish that this post office had a drive-through box. Never have gotten why they don't as there seems to be room for one.

Without a doubt, the Pinellas Park post office contains some of the most inept, incompetent, bungling band of dim-witted buffoons ever to make it out of the sixth grade and still manage to get a job. These guys (well, gals, actually) manage to mis-sort, mis-place, mis-label and mis-calculate postage on just about any piece of mail that ever manages to cross their counter or wind up dropped into their mail box. Losing mail is like a badge of honor for them; they do it with a sense of enormous, almost perverse pride. Anyone who has ever had the misfortune to land, even temporarily in the fetid little hamlet of Pinellas Park, Florida is keenly aware that it is the last outpost on the west coast of Florida for the unattractive, the unintelligent and the downright unfortunate members of society. This extends to the postal employees as well. Do not, I repeat DO NOT send anything to, through, or even in the general proximity of this post office unless your intent is that it never see the light of day again. Don't say you haven't been warned!
