In a month and a half my package I have had to request package redeliveries because they are NEVER delivered and NO NOTICES are left ANYWHERE. When calling this particular location the phone rings and rings and rings and NOBODY ANSWERS. You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating taxpayers this way!
TERRIBLE customer service ! Phone justs rings and rings, doesn't seem like they want to talk to customers. Mail carrier for Royal Pines Condominiums doesn't pick up out going mail and leaves the mailbox wide open. I left my Vote by Mail ballot in the outgoing mail and they didn't pick it up and worse they left without making sure it was closed and LOCKED ! ! !
I sent a package from the next town over. (One of six of the exact same thing.) this is the ONLY one where they demanded an additional 3.00 postage due. I used their machine and their machine charged me the postage.
When I called to ask why this was the only one with a problem I was told that she was proud her clerk caught it and that it’s not her fault that all the other packages went without being caught. She accused
Me of being a thief and stealing services from the postal service and that I was a cheat and gaming the system.
I offered to pay the additional fee and she said I’d have to drive to them in person and pay DOUBLE.
Yeah don’t use USPS if you expect real service and to be treated well.
I’m reporting her to the postmaster
Very angry, this is the 2nd time my medicine from express scripts was delivered to a completely different address and street. A total stranger delivered my medicine to me! I want our postman to pay attention and any one that takes his / her place when needed
I have had five pieces of personal mail misdelivered over the past three weeks or so. Three separate packages of medicine , three separate times were delivered to 2053 59th way instead of 2953 164 th av. In addition, my playoff hockey tickets were not delivered at all (or went somewhere else and not to us). A piece of mail went to another residence in the neighborhood.
I brought this to the attention of our carrier...”well I’m not perfect, mistakes happen, I’m sorry”
Not exactly accepting responsibility or assuring us it won’t happen again. Good call on his part because it happened again today. Thank goodness for good neighbors
Used to come here because it was closest to my work. 2 grumpy old men working there, tried being friendly to them...always crowded here always hot inside. When a manager was buzzed in to come help , the one working had to keep ringing the buzzer before a 3rd person would come out after 5-10 minutes of waiting. All I was trying to do was get flags. Never coming here again!
