Myrtle grove post office is run by uneducated people. Service is horrible.went there two times to complain, that mail person didn't come to my house for 3 days... they blamed it on covid. I say they are lying.
I filed for the hold mail because my mail has been coming to my house around 5 6 I'm supposed to be going out of town for a funeral I'm waiting for something very important well I go to the post office to pick it up even though I put the start date as for tomorrow it was not there and I was told I can't get it until tomorrow. I canceled my hold I expect to get my mail and be really nice if I could find the mail lady or go find her to get my mail because I am supposed to be at a funeral out of town but I can't go without that mail.
Sorry service ..... as it should be a requirement to be able to read before mail deliveries are made. This is the second day this week we have received a package that could not be delivered and came a day late and next delivery went to a different address.I have had to take two deliveries to a different address as it was delivered to a different address! Poor service and inexcusable.!
Attempts to leave a package and stating it was undeliverable is happening weekly for us. These deliveries come 2 days later at Vintage Creek. I see USPS trucks come down the street but no packages have been delivered. Zip code 32526
Our mail has not been picked up numerous times. I have phoned and spoken with persons at the Myrtle Grove office four different times. Our incoming mail is not being delivered to the church. I just gave one question. I have not received my mail everyday I literally might get my mail 1 maybe 2 times a week. Is the post office going to pay my disconnect fee on my power or water or mortgage, Geico ect?! This is by far the most ignorant thing to do is hold our mail just because you guys do not have enough employees. Tighten up
For 5 straight delivery days we have not received letter mail, even though we see the online previews daily. Packages have been delivered and outgoing mail picked up, but no regular mail service at all.
The WORST managed post office in FL. I get the notification of mail being delivered and I am waiting on several important items and no mail yet again for the 3rd day in a row was delivered. I've filed numerous complaints but nothing gets done. Who can you notify to get mail delivered on time. Isn't it illegal not to deliver our mail? I was told by one worker that they have over 50 bins of packages sorting in back but don't have time to process them. So get temp workers but it's or mail that should be delivered on time when recieved. There is insurance checks people waiting on...pay checks.... Housing info....bills and more. Freaking DELIVER THE MAIL. I'm to the point of hiring a lawyer to get that place investigated and audited. It's ridiculous.

The manager ( MATT ALBERT) should be fired. He hung up on me when I have had to call daily trying to hunt down a package that the workers he manages cannot seem to deliver. He claimed it is a time issues when both time stamps are placed at times that hadn’t even occurred yet.
When I called (because this is my child’s Christmas gift) he said well that’s my issue and I can call the sender to get a new item issued when their carriers are not doing their job correctly. He literally hung up on me when I am politely trying to figure this issue out so that I may receive my package. He was so incredibly rude and I really hope you do something to assure our local community of better service in the future.
Pathetic example for a manager of a postal system that our country relies so hard on! Remove him as a manager- DEMOTE HIM! I am livid. He was the least helpful , extremely rude and should NOT be managing this area. Our neighborhood has had so many complaints over this office unable to manage their system.
HOWEVER, an employee named Todd Kole was so sincere and helpful when I called back to try to get my package rerouted to me after this office sent it back to the sender. He was absolutely amazing and he is the one who should be a managing this office. He was so kind and understanding and he viewed the label and said it was an issue with the person delivering and not sender, that he isn’t sure why my packages wasn’t delivered and sent so many emails to try to get my package sent back to me. Tell me why an employee went above and beyond to assure that I am taken care of and the manager hung up on me after saying it was my problem and to deal with it..... that should marinade in your brain as to why he should absolutely not be managing this for office! I have loads of comments on my neighborhood page complaining. Please do something as so many of us are relying on our postal system during this pandemic to get gifts to loved ones from far away and it shouldn’t be this difficult.
Called Myrtle Grove post office and was put on hold for 15 mins. Hung up and called back and now no one is answering. Way to go on the customer service. I was calling due to a package being misdelivered, which was customer service ice fail #1.
I don't know what is going on with the mail in my area! Twice my package says undeliverable. The first time I was told by postal employee that they were told not to deliver after 7:00 or 7:30 pm. Well why is my mail that late at all. The second time it says driveway not accessible, which it always is. And they never drive up in it anyway. And they never wait for me to come to the door, they just leave it on the porch. Its luck they are trying to tell us that they will deliver it at there leisure. If they stop talking to everyone and do their job we would get it alot faster. Its not like people use the postal service that much anymore. Probably because of stuff like this. And when I do get my mail at whatever hr. I also get mail for other people. then i put it back in the box and they dont take it. I dont work for you and I am not doing your job for you.

Today is Wednesday, July 1,2020. I have had outgoing mail in my mailbox with the flag up since about 8:30a.m. yesterday morning. Did not see a mail carrier yesterday. It’s now 6:10 p.m. , still haven’t seen a mail carrier. Outgoing mail is still waiting to be picked up. Bill needs to be paid. I need my mail. Please help!
Thank you to all USPS employees for continuing to provide such an important service. I especially appreciate my mail carrier in Greentree Subdivision. When I have a package coming, I mask up & try to meet him at the mailbox so he doesn't have to stop & walk. If I'm not at the box, he always puts my packages in a good place on my porch.

Our Mail person is amazing. Our mail is always here by 11am. When I have large packages they are brought to the door and placed between the storm door and main door. Thank you so much for your hard work.
I just called the post office because the key to my mail box does not work. it worked yesterday, saturday and all the days before for years, but now it does not work. I called the post office for help. i did not get any help. i was told there was no one to help me. it is 1430Hrs local, right in the middle of the business day. so my name, address and phone number was taken. this means i won't get my mail today or maybe even tomorrow. i am expecting an important piece of mail that is time sensitive. this is more than inconvenient for me.
