I'm trying to pay my po box

There delivery service to my house in zip code 32503 is so so so so so bad that I have to buy a P.O. box. It would be nice if they would get a stamp machine so I don't have to wait over 30 minutes in line.

Having problems with mail at 24 Cummings Road, driver keeps putting Vacant in the box and my priority mail is getting sent back to post office at East Hill location. I called again today, the lady that answered my call at around 3:00 p.m. was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was trying to explain the problem, chuckled a bit, it was like a comedy of errors, and she said, "I'm glad you find this so amusing." Seriously? I was furious. I had a horrible day with a family emergency, I had already made one trip to East Hill PO today, 7/16, and now had to call them again and she was just flat out rude. I got teary eyed and told her "I can assure her this is not funny" and my voice was cracking and she said she will have it re-delivered tomorrow. Totally uncalled for. I will find a different post office to mail things from while we are here.

What a rude lady that answered the phone. So ugly and not willing to help.

I have received NO mail at 4215 Brookside Drive 32503-2885 for over 2 weeks! Can you tell me why? Thank you.

person delivering my mail was too lazy to bring it to the door so they just gave me a slip saying I can get it tomorrow in my mail box and said "there was no where safe to put it" despite my door having a very obvious camera out front facing the door
