why can I not speak to a real live person regarding an issue. I call, it says its going to the operator, rings a few times and hangs up. no wonder people are not using the usps anymore. can't get any help. trying for 5 days to get a package rerouted to my new address or for them to hold it at the post office for me to pick up, but no luck. now its out for delivery, at the wrong address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning, I would like to know what are the mail delivery hours? Yesterday (10/13/20)the mail was being delivered in my association (Towngate) at 2200 hrs.

The postal delivery here is incredibly incompetent, too late in the day (after 5pm) or sometimes not at all. It's been like this for at least 2 years. Two different deliveries for one community. Banks and businesses are closed. Bills can not be paid for those of us waiting on checks, etc. The worst I've ever experienced in my lifetime.

a first class mail written and stamped fragile all over FRAGILE was stuffed in my mail box , called and requested explanation why if was a USPS package with tracking number was not delivered in my door , no explanation , my property was damage and nobody is responsible. but of course WE PAY for the service
