why does no one answer the phone, and there isnt even an answering service?

Had an official letter that was mailed to me on 5 April 2015. As of today, 15 April 2015, letter still has not arrived! Trying to figure out what or who the problem is.

The hours posted on the website are not accurate. The place is only open from 0945 - 1215. During the holiday break, at least 15 people stood in line till nearly 1000 for the "workers" to open the rollup door in front of the counter. When I knocked on the door to get their attention, one of the workers ran around to a door to the side and screamed at the top of his voice, "Who the f*** did that???" I told him I had, and that they were more than 10 minutes late opening. He screamed at me, "Get out! I'll call base police!" One of my co-workers who witnessed the incident left immediately, and went to the South Patrick post office. There, she mentioned what she saw, and was given a phone number to call and complain. By the time I got the number and called it in, the crazed employee at the Patrick post office had hurriedly made a CYA call to the guy I called, and made it look like I was the one who was out of control. Definitely the WORST post office I've ever used. I avoid it, and would rather waste half my lunch hour and gas to use the South Patrick post office.

Do not even bother going to the post office. They are the absolute worst post office I have ever seen. They are only open for about three hours a day, and their lunch hour is somewhere in the middle of that. I have been there dozens of times and hardly ever get to send my package is out. Three times now when I go the scale is broken and they aren't able to mail out any of my stuff they are also very rude and do not help anybody out with anything.
