I mailed out a package on December 5 it went from Cincinnati to Dayton Ohio back to Cincinnati Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Warrendale Pennsylvania and back to Cincinnati someone needs to explain to me what’s going on with my package is this how the post office runs I will never ever mail anything out again
Phones not being answered. Two of my bill payments have been lost by the Palm Coast, Fla. branch in the last two weeks. I do not have $37 to cancel each of these checks. What is going on and how can I have this corrected.

I received an email from American Express telling me USPS delivered my new card into my mailbox before noon on 4/4/2020. It was not there. I contacted Am Express and the representative called USPS and they confirmed that the envelope with the card was DELIVERED TO ME. Not having the letter in my mailbox then prompted me to have to Cancel my card, and set up delivery for a new card which I will receive on Monday. It is shipping FED EX. At 4pm our carrier delivered mail and HEY! The envelope was in there with the normal delivery. Yet your system confirmed at was delivered to me at 11:50am. Why do you do this? Could you simply say it will be delivered instead of saying it WAS delivered to your local site? Sounds simple but USPS just can’t get it together it seems.
I sent a package priority from No. Myrtle beach Fl. Ipaid $11.60 , The package arrived a week late, when the recipient when to pick it up they were charged $11.60 saying it wasn't paid for. They gave them the routing # which is 9505512729789340526898 and the service request
# 04875653 and the person still charged them. Someone by the name of Misty Gibson-Cole had sent me an email about the missing package
on Dec 12, but never followed up. Please refund both payments
They will not intercept a package that is KNOWINGLY a scam. They refuse to do anything. I get they have to protect their customers but how is that protecting them when they sit back and allow scams to be in place. I am beyond angry. The customer service agent that i spoke with, "Tiffany" was nasty and rude as well. The post office has gone down hill and I am so mad that they are allowing this to continue.
No longer a mailman with mail truck, instead person with private car. No service at all yesterday, but when we do get mail , we get other people's mail also.. Mail now is picked up after 6 pm . This appears to be a sub contractor . Has the US Mail gone the route of Sear and Kmart , if so can you recommend another service ?
A priority package was mailed from the Palm Coast Post office on July 26 th as of today August 14th I have still not received it. There is nothing showing up on tracking other than it being received in PC on the date mailed. The receipt says it would be received at the location on July 28th. The PO said they would look into this and get back to us but NOTHING yet ! Not even a courtesy phone call .
My house is one of the last in the route. My package was marked as undeliverable before my mail was even delivered. No notice left on my door or in my mailbox. They’ve left a $500 laptop in a blatantly marked package in front of my door before but a box of work matierals is too much to handle?
Called Post Office PC, when asked to speak to Supervisor, "J" responded, no supervisor here. Used to have 1. So, either bad employee or teamwork, or, really no supervisor there! Something is going on at this Post Office.
On Dec 18 2017, i checked the USPS tracking number, n 3hr from noon to 3pm sit at window looked out waited for Carrier deliver Priority Mail. I left the house 3:10pm, returned 5Pm. No mail. Then check USPS tracking, horrible, it log as return to sender at 1:59pm, n out for delivery at 12:50pm. I believe the Carrier deliver no mail on 12/18/17,n took my package! Looked at the timeframe. Horrible experience at this time of year, waste, n abuse government!
The postal service in Palm Coast horrendous. We have had a number of missing packages (even with tracking) over the past several months. My wife and I decided to start picking up the packages at the Post Office, under the suggestion of the postal clerk in Palm Coast. So now we have to take extra time out to get our packages because they cannot do their jobs correctly. Now they have lost a package already within 10 days of starting this new process. What is going on at the Post Office? I really believe the driver was stealing, because certain packages would be marked delivered in the tracking and I would be right out at the mailbox to pick it up and nothing! I have no idea what postal employees are doing and neither do they! We have started using alternative resources for delivery but unfortunately we cannot do that to receive a package. LOGISTICS is a concept they do not understand!
The post office in Palm Coast 32137 is the most inept bunch of people I have ever experienced! Bar none. Mail ( especially packages) are often marked delivered when they have not been, marked undeliverable even though the y are perfectly and correctly addressed and about 50% of the time they have been opened! Beware! Use as your own risk! Despite their ineptitude they are extremely rude and defiant. My advice, Shop locally when you can, handle all transactions online where possible, use UPS, FedEx and othe alternative sources! You will be glad you did .....Note: My opinion allows for occasional human error and unforeseen circumstances. This kind of service is blatant and intentional!
