I live in NJ and have forward my mail to Flagler while on vacation mail to stop Mar. 31st. but it hasn't. My mail is sent to Flagler and they informed to stop the mail I have to appear in person to complete a card inorder to get my mail in NJ. They are not helpful, rude to people and not very understanding!!!!!!!!!!!!
Package said “kept at PO per customer request????” I just moved here! Deliver the package please. This is inaccurate. I never spoke to this Post office! I competents!
Watch mail dropped on a1a by mail man at mail box,he looked at the dropped 4 white letters and just drove away?It was 1099 tax papers.This happened on sat 1/23/2021.
I have had two ridiculous encounters with the tan man, bald, wears black glasses. He is rude, today’s incident, he shouted past his customer and yelled “Sir, are those USPS packages?” I come in this post office daily. I always dread when he’s the service person. I watch Him and have had him talk down at customers. I looked at him today and paused. I was in the middle of the lobby full of people. I said “Yes, I deliver packages here every day.” I’ve tried to contact that post office to talk with the post master. No answer. Called 3 times.
Been back, for 9 years, and they are ALWAYS SO

Nobody can be bothered to pick up the phone. And when you call the 800# there is a 45-103 minute wait??? Maybe Amazon SHOULD take over the world...lol. But seriously, shame on Flagler Post Office. I guess they don't care as this has been an ongoing issue for years.
Yep, thats pretty much, just how it is.
Maybe in Jersey- they have enough people working, to stop and get the phone, but, not here.
Theres really not much they can tell you, that you dont have to come down there for, anyway.
