I own the property at 149 Oak Dr. Osteen, Fl 32764 and the property at 341 Osteen Maytown Rd. Osteen, Fl 32764. About a year ago when my dad was still alive, the man who is renting from 180 Oak Dr. put a mailbox on my dad's fence post. Not the owner, the renter which is important. My dad was ill and it was the last thing we were concerned about. Since then I have inherited the property. I contacted the man immediately and asked him to move the mailbox to his side of the road. He told me that I needed to contact the owner. I did, Mrs. Lemon, who gave me permission to move the mailbox to her property a few weeks ago. I dug the hole and put the mailbox on his side of the road. Please understand these are people that are living in trailers, tents, etc. illegally against all zoning laws. I now see that he has moved his box back to my side of the street. I want it removed immediately. I do not want him or anyone else that is over there going on to my property. Please take care of this immediately. The owner wanted it on her side as well.

I live in the Osteen area and they keep putting my mail in someone else box, this has been going on for along time. I keep going down to the post office complaining and they tell me they will take care of it and then the following week they do it again. I have not been getting my bills and credit card bills because they are going to my neighbors and now I don't think they are even letting me know, yesterday I received a note that a small package had been shipped and received at my address in the box, no one called me to let me know they had my package I called the lady down the road and sure enough she had it for over a week if I had not called her I don't think I would have ever received it. I am totally sick of it my room mate is missing a check and other things that neither of us have received. I watch my box and get the mail as soon as it comes but its no good when the person delivering cant read addresses and delivers it to the wrong address. The lady down the road at 2490 Reed Ellis road receives most of my mail but have had others receive a lot of it. Now I think its to the point where they don't even let me know they have my mail they just toss it in the trash. This is no little problem and I am totally disgusted with our postal service I have been to this post office many times complaining I think its time to get someone in that can read.
