I have given the yellow stop delivering card to the post office from the 24th of November until the 21st of December and the mail keeps being delivered.

I have tried to call on several occasions and the phone doesn’t get answered!!! Our mail is getting delivered to other people and we are getting other people mail. A LOT!!! We recieved a phone call from the city recently that they recieved back several pieces of important mail and wanted to know if we still live at our address. This is a growing problem and needs addressed!! I will bring calling the fraud division next

I have had some close calls driving into this postal parking facility. Customers are not abiding by the clearly posted signs DO NOT ENTER, and are exiting. Many go around the parking lot, and back to the DO NOT ENTER signage and exit there, blocking incoming vehicles. Also, vehicles come in the DO NOT ENTER at the back of the property.

I have a complaint about my mail carrier. Who ever the woman is that has Norvell Ct is very incompetent. She delivered ALL my mail to another home all the way down my street and luckily the person delivered it. to me and that person got no mail. These were important documents to me that are time sensitive ...I can watch her deliver mail to the postal boxes and then remove them again...I watch her from my garage from my home,it seems like her mind is not on her job,,,she even knocked down my mail box once but I have no video to prove it.. get her another route or fire her btw she comes very late except on Fridays, and when she has a sub do her job I get the mail early how can that be
