Yesterday morning I received notification that my priority item (medical items) was out for delivery and I should receive it by 8:00p but it was listed with my daily mail deliveries. I asked the (fill in) carrier for the package and she said she didn’t have it. I tried tracking it and it stated it was out for delivery and I would receive it by 8:00p. I was sitting at the table all day with straight view to the mailbox plus we have two dogs that notify us when the mail (or anyone) arrives. I kept going out to check the box and nothing. Last check was at 7:34p to which I stayed on the porch until 8:15p I did a tracking on it (again) and then @ 7:55p it was scanned stating that “USPS [tracking number] Held at Post Office At Customer Request 09/16/2021 7:54pm MIAMI FL 33169 Reply STOP to cancel”
I have called the main number today and keep receiving a USELESS automated system which does not offer or comprehend the request to speak to CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called Norland P.O. directly 5 times to which the recording says to hold while transferring you to the operator to which it then rings for a while then a busy signal. End of call.
I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING/WATCHING/WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY PACKAGE AND THEN SOMEONE LIED AND SAID I REQUESTED IT TO BE HELD AT THE P.O.

Since June 5 I have tried to get my medical supplies from the mail person. He was coming US PS and each time they mark down that they were here at 8:45 at night and there was no place to put the package. The package needs to be given to me for all my medical supplies that I have not received. They could leave it I’ll try to ring my doorbell and leave it on the step. No one has done this I am now missing five days of supplies.
I been waiting for a package and it states when arriving to Norland post office that it was received and processed by you guys and now its transferred to another facility..
I've also called 6 times and I keep getting hung up on!!
Your staff is very unprofessional and should not be there as customer service. Switching to Miami gardens post office at least they treat you with respect there

The worst post office and staff I have ever encountered! Everyone I have had to deal with has been extremely unprofessional and rude! My corworker and I submitted package pickup requests and later received emails stating that the package had been successfully picked up, while they had not. In fact we have not even received mail in weeks! When the mail lady used to show up at our office building she would literally toss packages in the door, clearly unconcerned about damaging the contents of the package. When we called customer service they actually TOLD US THAT WE WERE LIARS! You can't make this stuff up. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!
This is the most unprof. Post Office EVER ! They always lose my packages. Was there 3 days ago had to wait for half hour while they look. Also the 2 guys behind me , they also couldn't find their packages either. We all waited together . Today I called a company about another track number. Turns out they package was delivered to that P.O. on July 24th and never delivered ! Just sitting there! The carrier dumped on my doorstep a whole bunch of mail. None for me but for my neighbors. I went up and down the street delivering the mali. The carrier just rang my bell and left those letters on my doorstep and drove off ! I have never heard of a carrier doing that. I took pics of all the letters. 7 different neighbors ! Bills that she did not deliver ! I am fed up! How can they be fired ! ????
This branch might the most unprofessional and unreliable branch I have ever visited. I have been trying to get a mailbox key for my condo for over two weeks. I went in and the manager was gone for the day before hours closed. I left my info but never got a call. I call but never get an answer. I go back and the clerks tell me they have to give this to a supervisor. This is utterly ridiculous! Why is this so hard?
Norland post office. Is the worst ever Ms. Forrce was helpful but not really. They didn't even check to see if I had mail. I left feeling like nothing was done. Then she called Mrs. Robinson a liar and implied her email was a farce.. Who are and where do they hire unprofessional postal workers. Why would you call another co-worker a liar to a patron. I guess that's how the postal service wants to conduct business. That's Ups and Fedx exist
Norland post office is one of the worst if not the worst! Those ladies are lazy and rude starting with their manager. I usually go with computer labels and wait in line (sometimes an hour) and they refuse to scan my package-specially the Jamaican lady with dreadlocks she is LAZY!! No wonder our govertment is in trouble they have job security and they don't have to be productive. Every time I have to pick a package they never find it!
It's sad when you have to experience what i went through this morning at Norland post office. Its employees and supervisor a Spanish man in the morning suck at thier job(maybe one or two good ones).I hope they do not get contaminated with the scum. No team work at all. Anyway; I arrived there at 8:35 am 01-02-14 to pick up a package I was tracking and supposededly was attempted to be delivered and notice left behind:(not true)...anyway left there at 9:30 with no results. I feel moved for people like this; what can you expect of them in another life.This of cource includes the mail carrier.
