I have read several complains regarding this particular branch for a while now yet no changes have been made. This is ridiculous if u really care about all of your customers that have supported u all these years then address these concerns. Show your appreciation for your customers loyalty to this particular branch.
This has got to be the worst post office, the take their phone off the hung so the public don't call them. The don't answer your calls, the carriers are super lazy and like to damage your property. Man I wish the would fire everyone and hire new employee who cares about the community they service.

I hate going over to or calling the USPS on 183rd ST and 37th AVE in Carol City, FL. That place is horrible. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they are all assholes. I can’t remember a time that I’ve called and had a good experience. When I have no choice but to actually go to the location, I have to brace myself and schedule a therapy session when I’m done. My question is, Do you people hire out of sympathy at this location? or, is it just where you place the ghetto rejects. I don’t remember a time I’ve ever had a good experience. Come on USPS, you need to tighten up your hiring process. Fire everyone and start brand new.
I recently came to the branch off 37ave & 186 street to pickup my mail from my P O BOX. I was told that I had to wait in line to pick up my packages that I had yellow slips in my box letting me know that I had a pick up. This is very upsetting because I had food in my trunk and wouldn’t have been able to wait to get the packages.
This place is terrible I've been on hold for 45minutes to retrieve a tracking number from an express mail package that I sent yesterday 3/23/2018, they bounced me around putting the blame on one another as to why I was on hold for so long. I've had a few encounters with this place and the service has ALWAYS been terrible. They are very rude and inconsiderate. As a ssa clerk at the post office I am very disappointed in the way I was treated I really expected better from my own people.
I called twice just to see if my package was still there, all I needed was a yes or no and some ghetto ass lady put me on a long ass hold. Management needs to get it together because people just trying to see where their shit is and she being rude!! When I called back the second time, I asked how long is the wait and she ignored my question & put the phone on hold. It’s whoever answers the phone at the post office in Miami Gardens on 37th Ave and 186 ST!
No one answers the telephone there. If they do answer the line, they put you on hold then disconnect your call. If your having your mail forwarded they keep the packages there for months or just return to sender.
Postal office 37ave 186 Street in Miami Gardens, Florida . Spoke to E.Martinez and he said that my mail ?? was forwarded correctly. But I run a company and haven't received anything in two weeks. That's very bizarre. I'm here waiting for the supervisor to come and check the status. Mrs. Robinson was very helpful and pleasant. Thank God for her
that thang be vibin. It was this one time some crazy homeless prostitute was sleeping in front of that bih and wouldn't stop talking to us while we waited in the lobby. But I haven't seen her since. other then that and the rude hoes that work in there that don't crack a smile once the whole day; I love that post office!
