Customer service here is so horrible t's enough to make you want to yank one of them up by the neck at the end of the..I've patronized this location for over 30 years and do not appreciate the total disregard for customer care reflected by the staff. Once upon a time people regarded such positions with high esteem and moral, now yall just pick them from the bottom of the barrel because of dire need. First visit inside of my post office in several months and truly disgusted and angry. Can't get a human on the phone and it probably doesn't matter since they won't be reprimanded. When these employees see there are no repercussions for poor behavior it only gets worse. Had I not feared going to jail I would have engaged in the antics further. Instead I opted to leave without further incident. May the Universe bring them their bad energy 100 times in return.
i was expecting delivery of a medical device on 5/26, only to later receive an email from the shipper that USPS had a delivery issue. I looked it up and the claim was the driveway and walkway were not accessible. IT WAS RAINING. the walkway is always open and not flooded, as it sits up higher than the rest. I had opened my front door waiting, and SAW THE TRUCK SITTING ON THE SWALE but the driver never got out and just drove away. i try not to complain much, but....... yeah the weather was ugly BUT. I my tracking number is Tracking ID: 9274890224061107867560 and I have rescheduled delivery for 5/27. It is a device that measures my blood pressure AND my irregular heart beat. I needed that.

We're at the end of the week. After 72 Calls into the post office I spoke to linda. She said she would call me back about a mis delivered package.
Aparently this happens regularly with the carrier.
It's the weekend 4 days later no call back. I will be driving down monday to speak to supervisors.
I pay for Premium Forwarding each week and only receive my forwarded mail about once a month! I can never get ahold of anyone either by phone or email. I use to have a direct line and email to Lori Moore who use to be very helpful at solving these issues. Hundreds of dollars being wasted on this service and not receiving it...late on bills, missed correspondence and mail all because someone is simply too lazy to do what I pay for as a USPS customer!
