Hi I would like to say thank you to the two young ladies that help me this morning with my money order situation even though I couldn't cash it back out because my rent office ran them through some stupid machine and then said they didn't cash them out they were very helpful and understanding and I very much appreciate it
This is the worst place to go anytime you have a problem, starting by the manager they have always with her attitude she defend her carriers even though they are doing a bad job i try to talk to her a couple of time but ahe is ruse and dont like to listen to others she shouldn't be a manager at all she be getting pay with our hatd working taxex working for the goverment with all the benefits and she doesn't appreciate she should
Be doing a better costumer service wich her sucks
I hope ahe gets fired for being unprofessional and the mail carriers for this zip code most of them

Usps takes a look into this branch and fired most of this staff that don't realize they are not providing the services they get pay to do
USPS SUCKS...really the mail delivery guys are doing what they want with mails and packages...they are not working properly....then they complain that america has a lot of immigrants...but they want to work...and We don't...My mail are constantly lost and available for pickup when it suppose to be strictly delivery...

I removed my mailbox from where it was at the mail man that comes by tells me to put it back outside I don't know u had to ask the mail man for permission now he says he will not give me no mail no packages how can I make him deliver my mail I will try going in person today to speak with a customer service to see if he's okay with it which I doubt that he seemed upset for something so minor
I have been trying to locate my package since May 1, 2020. I have asked the driver that delivers packages to the place of business about it, she says she was on vacation. I am not getting any mail here at the office. I have my tracking number and also have filed a USPS Complaint. Where I work everyone that delivers has to press a code to enter the property through an electric gate. I have a copy of the tracking # of the box that USPS delivered the package which has disappeared into thin air. I am the only person to give anyone access through the electronic gate. Someone at the USPS is not being honest about the delivery. They are also not delivering mail as they should to this address. The previous USPS drivers were great. They changed the delivery area and now it is the worst ever. How can this be? What is happening? I have tried calling their office, it rings for 2 minutes then there is a busy signal. Someone please follow up with my complaint.
Hi this is my 2nd complain about the mail being placed in someone mail box. I don't know if the mail clerk is paying attention to the address on the house or simply just careless. My mail was placed in someone mail box. I would greatly appreciate it if you would please look into this matter. Thanks Mrs. Whitifield
