Postal Locations

I just moved to Hialeah and I have been to this Post Office 3 times, the front desk attendants are knowledgable but not friendly. I guess I asked to many questions to one of the ladys there aand she said when I aporached her, "I don't speak Spanish" I said that's fine, I speak English fluently. Anyways, she hgave me the wrong information filled out this priority Envelope and when finished she was with a customer so I went with the Spanish speaking lady with no facial expression, she then said $27 dollars I said I dindt want that priority on my delivery then we went back and forth and I started filling out yet another label. I returned again another day and they were closed, I thought I could drop off my voting ballot but the entire building including access to the PO Boxes was closed, there is no drop slot, or mail boxes outside. I found this so odd... I ended up having to go back the next day very inconvenient to make sure m votong ballot was delivered.
