with the constructions costumer do not have a parking space, i already spoke with one clerk about , but the problem stay the same. today i ask again and they say is the workers from the construction site are parking there. so we costumers have to drive around for 30 minutes to find a parking or have double park risking of having a ticket.

I live on West Bay Drive on Normandy Isle. Our regular carrier is excellent. The substitute is terrible. Yesterday my mail was in someone else's locked box and a package left on top of the mailboxes. Fortunately a neighbor brought the package up to me. Again, our regular carrier is wonderful, but NOT THE SUBSTITUTION CARRIERS.

This post office location has awful customer service. With all the financial trouble the postal service is in one would think customer service would be a priority to keep there customers happy but certainly not at this location.

yes and the supervisor and manger act like they got a stick up there ass!!! those women need to go work for the welfare department! they are rude and sloppy!
