I visited the post-office once 1 per week and the staff is helpful and nice. But the location is a shit-hole the trash outside is unbelievable, uncut grass and trash in the parking lot . I have mention it to the staff but no comment, I also reported online. Its shame-full this is a government building and the lack of maintenance, additionally, inside the post office needs paint, cleaning and repair. Lets be proud of our public institution and should be held to upper standard.

They do not answer their phone when I called the published number. I live away and needed to speak to the post master. For 3 days i rung repetitiously their number, got past the main message and was informed i was switched to speak to an operator and then it rang and rang for over three minutes each of my dozens and dozens of calls. All my calls went unanswered although their phone system was active with my ceaseless calls for over a half hour each of the three days. Friday May 13, Monday May 16, and Tuesday May 17, 2022. The calls were placed beginning at 9 AM and some were intermittent throughout those days. The total call time was in excess of two hours without any USPS personnel picking up the constantly ringing phones there. What is the reason for this? Are the employees purposefully ignoring telephone customer care? This goes beyond intentional ignorance and enters malfeasance and dereliction of duty by post office employees. From the North Miami branch i expect they disabled their phones ring so as not to be disturbed by having to help those of us by phone who are unable to go there in person. The situation is miserable, frustrating, and wrong. Unless this new lowered level of quality service is the aim of USPS, then USPS should address this problem.

UPS tracking #1ZF375V7YW99856375 was transferred to usps for Delivery. Tracking indicates delivered June 23, 2021 @ 12:47 pm, however, I never received the item. I noticed it was delivered to a similar but incorrect address in north Miami: 966 nw 128 st., instead of 966 nw 128 avenue, Miami, 33182. The incorrect address does exist, so I wanted to know where this item was delivered. Can usps please check delivery info or if it was returned? Thank you

The thing making that sound on your desk is a phone. Try picking it up and talking into it. Then I could discuss why the mail is not being delivered.

By USPS tracking service I found out that you have in your postal office a package with tracking number: 4203316292748927005485000016764042. Originally this package was intended to be sent to Zip Code 33166 and NOT 33181 Is it possible to redirect this package to the intended Zip Code office 33166 so it may be delivered as it was intended? The intended delivery address is: SKYWAY FAMILY CARGO 8478 NW 72ND ST MIAMI FL 33166-2395 Can you help me? Kind regards. Ramon Fernandez.

Most unreliable of all services. They dont even attempt to deliver and hold packages at post office. Went to pick up and 100 people in line no exaggeration..now I’m all for closing the post office if they cannot hire employees that are friendly and really want a job

Pathetic Post Office at 33181 - not delivering mail, forcing covid exposure, creating long lines to pick up mail, do not answer phones, avoid customers running after mail trucks trying to get service or answers. Mailtrucks drive up and down our street, but they're NOT DELIVERING MAIL!!!! WHO DO YOU CALL WHEN THE POST OFFICE BREAKS DOWN?

a big joke. they don't answer no matter how often you call, when they do they usually pick up and hang up on you. the little slip they leave behind with "sorry we missed you while you were away" is another joke, you write instructions as they request and NEVER come back to see your request. News flash people usually are at work in the middle of the day! then you call the ASK UPS PHONE NUMBER and the recording says your wait time is an hour. HEY SUPERVISORS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING??

Went to the North Miami Post Office on 6/22/18 with a clearly addressed addressed stamped envelope. Rep that this postage was adequate - took it and put it in the bin. It has not been received nor returned to me. On 8/26/18 I sent a pre-printed package label to a Ft Lauderdale business address with typed return address. Same Post Office. Rep said it was "fine to go" . I am waiting to see what happens with this item return.

i would like this letter to get to the district Postmaster of this area. i ailed 220 first class packages 2 1/2 weeks ago and i went to the North Miami Office, and was informed it arrived on Monday December 4, 2017. I was confirmed by the Oakland office in Ft Lauderdale. These documents specifically stated voting materials. I would like to be refunded or explained in writing why was the packages held since this passed Monday and why did the North Miami supervisor denied the mail personnel from delivering these first class material. The person in charge of this North Miami branch should be reprimanded, immediately. Please reply as quickly as possible and please tell the branch manager/supervisor to send the rest of the packages and to please stop holding them as they are first class mail.
