Mail seems to go missing from this Post Office location. On 2 separate occasions recently, I have dropped off a piece of mail inside the lobby drop off slot and both times it never arrives to its destination (out of state) In both cases it is the same recipient. Considering I am putting my return address on these envelopes, and they don't get back to me I can assume they are being intercepted and stolen in the mail room itself. When the same recipient sends me mail, I do eventually receive it although it takes like 10 days to do so. Conclusion is it is an internal issue. I am beyond pissed off. Pretty sad when you can't even count on your mail ever getting to its destination.

On 10/5/2020 I sent via Registered mail a package to New York. Can you track this package? Was told it would arrive probably by Fri. Not yet received by recipient Elizabeth Ellner.

We received mail on Saturday July 11 with what looked like cat poo on a piece of the mail. Don’t understand how this could happen. We checked out video cameras and the mail was not tampered with after delivery.

One of the SLOWEST post offices I've been to. Once you get service they are nice though. As for our delivery service since out regular postal carrier retired last year-our delivery service sucks! Also they have been the MOST UNFRIENDLY BUNCH OF DRIVERS!

Every time I call the West Melbourne Post Office at 321-733-0427, on Minton Road, the phone is busy. Our company will be moving in late October or early November to 7724 and 7734 Matrix Way Drive in West Melbourne (behind Cumberlands at Ellis and Wickham). It's an industrial area and not any businesses down our street. The Chamber was not able to find this address, so we wanted to make sure the Post Office has it and will be able to redirect mail to that address when we move and request it. Also, will the Post Office Carrier be able to deliver it inside the building, or should we have some form of mail box on the outside for such deliveries (and pickups)? Thank you. Peggy 321-255-2778

Got rid of my PO box there because they lost my mail alot, put other people's mail in my box etc, and price kept going up .... Ask for my mail to be sent to my house, 1 mile away. 2 1/2 weeks later ..... nothing. I filed out the form & said start on the 14th. They started (they said , we will see) on the 19th and then it takes another 7 to 10 business days. I will be getting late fee for my bills. Thanks Trump.

I went to the post office late May to pay for may P.O box for another 6 months. Now I hear that my mail started to go back to my house when I left and all my mail for the past month has been returned to sender. When I went to the post office I told them I needed to pay for P.O box for 6 months as I was leaving and needed my mail to continue to be forwarded to P.O. box. Nobody there takes any responsibility. Why would anybody want there mail to all be sent back to sender. It would be easier for you to hold the mail until I get back stead of readdressing to a P.O. box that I am forced to get. I would pay for it. Then nothing like this would happen and it would cost you less work and money. This is again incompetence by government and poor service. This has caused me a lot of problems. I give this post office an F.

When we experienced our mail being stolen, they told us to speak to the police and the police told us to speak to the post office. We took matters into our own hands. Found the kids doing it, spoke with mama and it ended immediately. USPS management really dropped the ball. Also I agree with Raymond, the grounds are very poorly maintained.

I live in Carriage Gate and for the last several weeks I have consistently been receiving other people's mail. Today I received two different piles of my neighbors mail; one not even on my street! I have been patient and taking it out to the mailbox for re-delivery but I am now wondering am I getting all my mail and if so how late am I getting it if it is surfing the neighborhood. I will call on this matter Monday but wanted to get this on record now (Saturday, realizing the office is closed.)

I too live in Carriage Gate Did you get a resposne from the post office. I called them today because I have a tracking number that says my package was delivered ,while in fact, there was NO package at my front door. So far I haven't been able to get in touch with this post office as they won't answer their phone

I AGREE 100% and by the way , what happened to the lawn care at this location. the grounds are a disgrace and reflects the regime in the white house!
