I live in Fountainhead and I not getting my mail on time, We use to get our mail by 11:30 for the last three months most time 7:00 or later. Some days not any mail then I get 10 piece of mail today I got a mail that said postmaster deliver by June 8th today is the 14th Why??? been here 44 yrs. never had this problem before why now?


I left a package in the drop bin and my recipient still hasnt received it. Its been 11 days. This was at the W. Melbourne location. Could it be stuck there? Can it be returned to me?


I am looking for my package from Amazon. My mailman said he has been getting a lot of complaints from his customers. Said 9 Amazon pallets were being held at post office in Downtown Melbourne. Why are you holding shipments?


I'm looking for my bike


I moved into a town house over a month ago and still do not have access to my mail. Was told the lock needed to be changed and a month later it still hasn't been. I have packages sitting for weeks that I have zero access too. The post office is no longer answering my calls and Joe Romandetti at the post office in down town Melbourne is terrible!!


My problem is that my carrier is not scanning my outgoing ebay orders. My buyers are paying for tracking and they're not getting it. And it leaves me without any proof of whether the packages made it to their destination or not. What's worse is that there seems to be no resolve to this problem. I've discussed it with my carrier and he just blames it on the carrier that occasionally fills in for him. So, other than trying to be out there at my mailbox so that I can hand him the packages myself and make sure that he scans them right there, I'm helpless. Right now I'm still on hold waiting to talk to someone in "customer service". The wait time is between 42 minutes to over an hour! Ridiculous. And I'm sure there will be no real answers there either. Oh, and btw....if you dial the local number it just rings and rings and rings....... Well, my blood pressure is up now. You can bet I'll be out there at my mailbox today. And it's not to hand him any packages.


Add have not received my packages which I have tracked... one of which said it was delivered 5/9 and one said it was delivered 5/11. I went to my post office on New Haven Rd in Melbourne,Florida To try to find out what happened to my packages. They USPS rep said they would find out and contact me today when the carrier finished her rounds! I still have heard nothing and I still don’t have my packages!


Good luck they said the same thing to me and then they said oh your package must’ve been stolen. When they do answe the phone they are zero help.

On Wickham Rd I had to place a envelope in the blue box, because in my neighborhood, the male had already ran. So I was gonna run in to fast mail but saw mailman parked in front of blue box asked if mail in blue box had been picked up. Marks dad owner of fast mail was standing beside postman answered but I couldn't hear him so I asked again the mailman looked at me rudely and said in a rude, sarcastic voice, he said it's been picked up and then rolled his eyes at me.i said I have a envelope To mail. He snatched it out of my hand and threw it in the back of the truck. I wanted to say something, but I didn't and just told him to tell mark inside fast mail by Deanna said hello, he didn't even respond, as he was walking away. Just pure rude.


Melbourne post office ...they suck....was waiting for this package to be delivered on Christmas eve.. Was told in my email that package was too big to fit in the mail box or mail box was too full...My mail box was empty and the package was 8in x 4in x !!! that's a big package... needless to say that I had to go pick it up the day after Christmas


No help, put on hold,clerk had time to "tell his side" so his boss would back him. Not good customer service.


Terrible customer service at the downtown Melbourne location. Very disappointing since it's a convenient location for me.


that is sad because I am from Pa & our po was very helpful .
