Terrible service, courier don't get off his car to deliver any package even if they get paid for it ,that is their job deliver letters or packages I had to go three times to pick up at their location because the courier stated that my mail box is not a curbside mailbox, even the package wouldn't fit at any, and I paid for the delivery service .It is unbelievable you guys hire such a people that don't want to move a finger to do their job.

Horrible. Honestly. Marathon local… I got a package of photos from school for my kids, and it says on the package.. “FRAGILE, PHOTOGRAPHS ENCLOSED, HANDLE WITH CARE.” The package got folded in half like a taco and shoved into our mailbox. Do you guys even care?

Hello My wife and I have had our mailed forwarded too our box 98W In Key by the Sea 6099 Overseas Highway Marathon and thought we would be there this weekend however because of storm we had to delay.My question will you hold mail for us once our box at the park gets filled? I mailed a package last Tuesday, January 29th, from this location - and the package arrived at my home badly damaged on Wednesday, February 6th - I checked with the local post office - I was overcharged for the postage and given incorrect advise as to the proper delivery service to request. Our local delivery person was quite upset at the condition of the packge

Service at the Layton post office is poor. If u are a working person u have no ability to use the USPS services because of the time limitations of the employees.
