There needs to be a review of the deliveries to the Hawk's Landing community.
This week alone we have not received 2 packages stated to have been delivered to our box.
There needs to be some leadership oversight since the community has been forced to resort to managing mail deliveries between families on our local Facebook page due to the frequency of misdelivered mail.
I sent a payment to someone in Kosciusko, Mississippi. I dropped it into the outside mailbox at 8 am on 9/17. The payment has not yet arrived. I would not count on the post office personnel anymore. Twice now, the letter carrier has left a package on top of my mailbox in the rain, instead of putting it on my porch or holding it. Contents of each was soaking. I am not pleased.
My items were supposed to be delivered to me yesterday Feb 17, 2022 according to tracking. Says it was put in a locked locker yet there was not a key in my locked mailbox. The mail carrier must have put the key in someone else’s mailbox. Now somebody else might have the items I ordered.
I have been trying to call the post office on highway 77 for 3 days now and no answer. My daughter sent me a birthday package and they said it is at the post office. I wanted to check on it. I am disabled so don’t drive and I can’t walk there. Please help me.
Moved to Panama City and not receiving any mail to my new place. All my mail has been sent back to Dothan Alabama. I called the post office lady told me where I moved the mail person hasn't ran and I went to jail box and they haven't picked up green card in mailbox
Disliked the customer service I received. I asked to have an item reweighed and they avoided it. Possible that the weighs aren't scaled? Workers aren't friendly and I'll be using UPS across the street or FEDEX a road over (:
NO COMPLAINT - ONLY A VERY HIGHLY PRAISE for the the post office worker Venus at the Lynn Haven post office. I cannot say enough about the superior service I received by her when calling from out of state to track a package that had not been delivered when it was suppose to by another post office and had been redirected to the wrong post office by a post office. She was so helpful after me calling every post office in the 32404 and 32405 area and received nothing but calls after calls and when I did actually speak to someone I was referred to another number. Now I can laugh, the same number each time I was told where to call. The package was delivered as she had stated it would be and I had no more phone calls to make. An hour of phone calls from post office to post office, and msg machine after msg machine. WOW! She has the customer service and professionalism how it was taught years ago.
Very rude and not helpful. I had an emergency and all I needed them to do was to do me a favor and let mepick up my mail from the ffacility before it left on a truck. The worker couldn't just walk back in room and grab my mail and basically was not sympathetic to why I needed my mail early in the morningthat day. . I have been furloughed from my job and really needed a check I was expecting before I went to work that day. Now an important bill will not be paid and I lose my auto insurance and will have to pay a fine to the state. Thanks for nothing and hope one day they lose their jobs .do we really need a post office anymore...
